. I bought a coupon for power washing my entire home. When they arrived to look at what needed to be done I was told the price would be almost double since I had a 2 story home even though only part of the home is 2 story. It was also an additional $149 to power wash my fireplace--which I feel should have been included. We told the owner we did not wish to have the fireplace cleaned at that price. We also added our sidewalks and driveway. When the workers showed up they did a good job but had cleaned the fireplace. I believe this company does quality work but be careful of all the add-ons.

I contacted another Angie's lList A-rated landscaping company. After nearly a month that company hadn't provided the service so I called Addisen. I should have called them first. I called for an estimate. I got the estimate next day. Next day the service was performed in about an hour and a half. This is now my go-to company for lawn work.

They came in the rain and worked diligently. Very pleased with their work and perseverance in less than a perfect environment.

The crew was here when they said they would be they worked so hard all day we really could hardly tell that they were here. Any mess they made they cleaned up they were all very professional. Several workers were sent to my home. Any time I questioned an area, it was cleaned over. Would not leave until I approved of their work!

It was okay. The people that were doing the painting couldn't speak English very well. This made communication really hard.

Replied pretty quick, scheduled appointment the following morning. Suggested cleaning inside gutters (additional cost), worked out great cause it needed cleaning. Very smooth and painless transaction!!!Quick turnaround

All went fine. I guess I just felt a little misled by the 3 hours of handyman service. It was actually 2 men and 1 1/2 hours of handyman service. I guess that is 3 hours if the men are added together. I figured out 3 hours of work, but only one thing was completed because of the 1 1/2 hours instead of 3. My husband understood the concept. I just wished this deal would have not seemed so misleading.

I can always count on Micheal for profession, prompt and reasonable prices for his service. I once made the mistake of letting someone out bid him-- because I needed to include dry walling. BIG MISTAKE! I was moving from Nashville and renovating from 300 miles away. The other guy never answered his phone and in the end did not finish on time. The results was a domino effect of problems, which included finding someone new to finish the job, moving in with unfinished sheet rock, drywall dust on everything, another clean up and of course... more money spent. The best things about working with Micheal is how quickly he returns your calls. I've learned that most don't want to be bothered. If you don't feel you have time to answer the phone (or just don't want to)-- then hire someone that WILL talk to the person "who is paying you" because it causes all sorts of huge problems and is no way to run a business. Also, Micheal had to make a special trip for a higher ladder to reach the top, yet stuck with the original $229 bargain price, even though the extra height would normally be an up charge. If you need a power wash, painter or clean up crew-- you can count on these guys and I will always go with Addison deals first.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Addisen Power Washing Company!! Michael and his team were always punctual, thorough and professional. Michael has a great work ethic and treats his customers, "as he would like to be treated." The price was more than fair for all that he did- my Flagstone walking path has to be treated with care. Michael knew exactly what to do and when he finished, it looked as beautiful as the day it was laid! I have extensive landscaping as well and his team always treated my plants with care. I am completely impressed and pleased with everything they did. They do business with integrity and honesty- something all too rare these days. I will not hesitate to use them in the future! Michael even returned to my home 6 weeks later to check on his work and return my large, heavy grill to its original place on the deck.

A fantastic job by Michael. I called him in the morning time for an estimate. By that afternoon he had already gone to the house, gave me the estimate and said he would be able to finish it the next day. He had it completed at the time he said, and did an outstanding job with it. The price for the service was very reasonable. He was very professional and easy to talk with. After he finished the job, he called me to come meet him to make sure the cleaning was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for pressure washing services. I know I will use this company again!

I thought I had already reported to Angies List about this job-- sorry for being so late. Renovating a house in Chattanooga from Nashville only goes smoothly when dealing with honest & professional people. ADDISON is one of those people you can rely on. The best thing about working with him is that he answers his phone 24/7 or calls you back shortly. His guys really had a mess to clean up-- so thick with debris you could hardly walk though. I'm sure i would have paid twice as much if the contractor I hired had to do the same job. Highly recommend.

The job was promptly and expertly done with one or two small missed areas quickly cleaned when these were pointed out. We were exceedingly pleased, and would recommend this company without reservation

The results were ok but did it all with water pressure hoses. So I also payed for the water, the yard was super saturated, and some younger plants and grass were injured. Obviously I had to wait several days to bag up soggy water-logged leaves.

Very professional and courteous. The 2 gentlemen that washed the house did a fantastic job. My house looks brand new. It's a White House and one side was very green. They got all of that off. Very reasonably priced.

House looks fantastic! Did such a good job I had him do my mom's house as well. He is very busy, so sometimes his schedule is pushed back a little. I saw some folks complain about that. Personally I was tickled with the job that was done and the way he conducts business. If you want a good job done at a reasonable price, this is your guy!

The service was great. They were top notch.

The job they did to remove the shrubs was just great. They were quick and they did a great job. All the removed debris was at the front of my lot near the street. We had multiple discussions surrounding removing this debris for $100. Mike was very aware of what was needed and the amount of debris that was left over. When he came to my home on 7/8 around 9 pm to remove the price went from $100 to $300 because now he says the price is $100 per truck load. I paid him his $100, but I will never trust him again. The $100 estimate was never about this cost per truck. If I had known that I would have never had him do the work. I really feel ripped off.
