Michael was extremely courteous and professional. He gave me a good estimate and told me everything he could do and how long it would take. He told me exactly what paint to buy or for no extra charge he could get the paint. They crew arrived on time and worked until after 7pm both days. They cleaned up everything and made sure I was happy with the results. The house looks beautiful! Michael was very easy to work with and his crew was friendly and worked so quickly. I am absolutely thrilled with everything. I would highly recommend Addisen for all of your exterior needs! I have already passed his contact information along to several friends. I called Michael to first get a quote and he called back within a couple of hours. He came out the next day and talked about everything that needed to be done to get the deck looking great. We live in an older home and our deck really needed some love. The price was quite a bit higher than the other quote we got, but after the work that he and his crew did, we were more than impressed and thought it was well worth the money - or even a steal! We went with them because he was able to come in a couple of days, and we wanted the deck to be ready for a party we were hosting that weekend. His crew were prompt every morning at 9am and worked extremely hard. They were supposed to get done in 2 days, but we had a downpour that second afternoon. Poor crew just waited it out underneath the deck!! So they had to come back a 3rd day to finish it up because of the weather. Overall, Michael and his crew were great to work with - responsive, prompt, timely, hard working, and delivered a high quality product. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

They charged more than their Angie's List price. I thought I would follow up to do more work outside of Angie's List because I knew them, but they charged more. I thought that was odd if you are a repeat customer. The cost was double of what they had on Angie's List. I like their work, but I guess the business has grown and it has some grown pains. He did a much better job the first time. There was some miscommunication. I was at work, and my dad was here, and there was a miscommunication as to what job he was supposed to do, but by the time I got home, everything was done. The interaction with them on the phone was fine. The work was good, it wasn't excellent. I would use them again in the future if I get the Angie's List price.

These guys did a great job! They showed up on time and completed the project on time. For Chattanooga that is a bonus! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.We plan in getting on a yearly schedule with them.

I tried out Addisen via an Angie's List deal, and I am very satisfied with the job that was completed. The workers were very professional and diligent, and the hillside they addressed looks better than it has in a long time. We're considering utilizing their services again to install a french drain. Very happy with Addisen!

Filed TN DEPT of CONSUMER AFFAIRS complaint against provider for BAIT & SWITCH tactics that prohibited by law. False Advertising concerns. I did not use this provider and this type of activity on local Chattanooga Angie's List discredits everyone on the list.

The owner was prompt in contacting me. I had a vaulted area that needed to be painted The job was completed to my satisfaction. Workers were polite.

Siding is free of dirt and algae! So is back deck! Michael was very detailed in explaining services they do. We have other stuff he and his team are going to do for us. The job looks great and the house is nice and clean. He even offered to stain our deck. We are getting a quote for that too.

It was great. He arrived when he was supposed to. His crew was up on the roof immediately and they worked very quickly. The gutters were cleaned out well and they didn't leave a mess. I would definitely hire him again for other projects.

They were fine. It took a little longer for the work they were doing.

Um, I moved stuff, they moved stuff, they wiped baseboards, they painted, my kids and I stayed in one area while they painted and that was very hard... they cleaned up, came back the next day, we did the same thing again, and they left. The workers have a good relationship together. The boss brings them lunch which they eat outside. The boss, Michael Dusevic, did most of the outside repair himself, and when not painting, rushes so that he gets all the work done. His rushing doesn't mess with his work though. He does a good job.

This company was a joy to work with. Michael called me back within 2 hours of my contacting him. He came to my home 2 days later and provided me with a written estimate that evening. He and his worker (s) were punctual, hard working and did excellent work. The cost was reasonable and Michael was very generous in discounting some of the cost. I would not hesitate in having him work on future projects for me.

I went very well. Addisen is quick and always does a professional job. Even had them do some interior Ceiling repair work and room painting. I'm very pleased with job.

Point of contact was Michael, who was very professional and punctual. He arrived the day before to drop off some equipment, introduce me to the lead painter and also to get an idea of what he would be working with. Painters showed up the next day around 10:30am and I was surprised that they were able to finish both rooms, applying two coats of paint before 4:30pm and it come out excellent. If painting was the preview of the type of work Addisen Power Washing Company does, then I highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

Michael (great guy) contacted me immediately after i placed my order through Angie's List. He asked what needed to be done, and said he would take care of things. He said I would not need to be home, and that if the job ran past the 4 man hours i purchased that he would call me before hand to work things out. He and his guys showed up bright and early that weekend. They did an amazing job. I've never seen the areas so clear. He called me back to check in on things when we were getting close to the 4 hours mark. I will definitely be calling them for more work in the future!

Michael and his crew are great! Michael is very personable and punctual. I sent an inquiry email and Michael called me back immediately to set up an apt. for an estimate. He came to the house the next day for the estimate and started work that afternoon. He and his crew were done by the end of the following day. They took care of everything (moving things on and off the porches) and I was very happy with all the work they did. Throughout the whole process, Michael communicated with me about what was going on. He also made sure I received a good product for a fair price. The house looked brand new from the cleaning and so did the porches. I am very happy I chose Addisen Power Washing Co. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if we need more work done.

Proprietor Michael Dusevic is a live wire and he is all about integrity. Working with him was a different and better experience than with other home maintenance/improvement contractors I have dealt with. He returned calls promptly and jumped right in. He and/or his crews showed up when they say they would (if not early) and they worked fast. He believes there is synergy (and better development of personnel) in using larger and diversely experienced teams for most tasks, so you can end up with a significant number of people completing work at a rapid pace on your property. When I received his bid it seemed high, but after seeing how many man-hours he spent on the job I had to wonder if he made any money. I highly recommend Mr. Dusevic and his company (A D D I S E N). Michael is an excellent source of technical knowledge and experience, so be ready to shoot questions at him and ask for a recommendation.

The drywall that he completed was expertly done. He was very pleasant to work with and I would recommend his services to others. I also felt his prices were very fair.

Another great experience. The provider gave good advice on what supplies to purchase in addition to transporting materials to my home. Mike is extremely responsive to the customers needs and goes over and above to achieve customer satisfaction. He responds in a timely manner is conscientious about the quality of his work. I plan to call him back for future projects.

The work was done poorly. Not, just 6 months after the work was completed, we are having to redo much of what was supposed to have been completed. The taping of the ceiling is again peeling and the shutters are peeling.
