+ -1 moreBoth repairs went great, the technician didn't take long to diagnose the problems and he used new factory parts for the repairs. After finding the problems he showed us the bad parts before and after he took them off and he opened the new parts and installed them in front of us all while explaining everything to us. (just like a doctor washing his hand and/or putting on new gloves). Our washer is as quiet as a mouse & the dryer is nice and toasty. I trust this company and I give them two 👍🏼👍🏼!!🤗
Description of Work: Our extended warranty on our Whirlpool Front Loader Washer & Dryer set had just expired by a few days and the service provider wanted to charge us an outrageous price to fix it. We decided to use another company, so we called Matrix Appliance Repair Services. We've used them twice and since we were so pleased with their services we'll use them for all of our appliance repair needs. Our first service call was for the dryer, the heating coil needed to be replaced and the second was for the barrings in the washer.

+ -1 moresubmitted a service ticket to Lowes for dishwasher under warranty. was contacted by matrix and scheduled the appointment. no call on day of scheduled appointment No no show of the technician. did not answer the phone and voicemail is full to prevent leaving a message.
