 + -1 moreEverything has always gone well. One of the big selling points for me is their responsiveness to my inquiries. They always reply promptly with an honest answer, not just what I want to hear and that allows me to make good decisions because I know whats really going on with the transaction.
Description of Work: I have used the Mark Hite Team over a dozen times to buy and sell homes. I am a real estate investors so there are a couple of things that are very important to me. Honestly, integrity, service, follow-up and friendly service. I have found all of these things not only with Mark but with his fabulous staff. I've tried many other agents in the past and although they are nice folks, they just don't have the drive and organization that the Hite Team has.
