MARBLELIFE OF TENNESSEE

I finally found Dallas Randolph with MARBLELIFE, someone that can/will polish Granite. I did get his name from a decent tile store and did a search on Angie's List and found his name there. Most companies only want to do only what they installed in the first place. Work Performed: Cleaned & Polished Polished all Granite counters, Re-Grouted back splash. Re-grout of tub surround and back splash. Deep cleaned & sealed shower stall floor. & re-grout shower curb where dislodged. Dallas is friendly, and did the work as promised in a very timely manner, just a couple of days after his estimate,when it was convenient for me. He suggested a product I can buy to maintain my counters,which look and feel great! I would suggest Dallas Randolph. PS. Didn't know a price to compare to as I couldn't find anyone else to do the polishing. Also, just wait about a day to use the granite surface again. Looks like the Angie's List needs to update the address for Marblelife. He is not in Chattanooga franchise, but in the Nashville area.

They were on time, professional, and very nice. Unfortunately, they were not able to get the yellow out of the granite. I was very impressed that even after 2 hours of working and trying to correct the damage, they did not charge me. They still gave me a bottle of their granite cleaner to use in the future! They actually put a call into another company in another state to ask him if there was anything he knew of to try and help me. I could not have been more pleased with their level of service.

Superficial and inadequate removal of the old grout. Then put new grout over top. After allowing the walls to dry for 3 days, I wiped down the grout only to have the old stains reappear. Called the owner on 9/22 and set up a follow up meeting for 9/25. He blew me off, didn?t call or acknowledge. I called him 2 days later to see if ?needed? to reschedule. During the phone call his cell phone went dead. I immediately called back the office and left a message. I have still never heard from them. I then called the MarbleLife main offices to file to complaint against this franchise. They told me to send a detailed e-mail which I did but have never gotten a response. Bottom line: absolutely DO NOT do business with these people unless you want your time wasted.
