This was the only cabinet maker who called back after I contacted him and two others, had an "A" rating on Angie's List so I thought I'd try him........WRONG move! His punctuality was about the only thing that was good with the whole experience. I needed doors made to match existing kitchen cabinet doors and a new broom closet made. I was very specific on the shape, style and type of the inlay doors because I painted the other doors & wanted the new ones to match. There were 5 doors and the broom closet that he made, he ended up having to re-make 3 of 5 of the doors because they were the wrong size and the craftsmanship was below par. He ended up having to cut down the depth of the broom closet as well......I don't think he measured anything correctly the first time he came out & then just guessed what everything should be! He ended up coming back and forth to our house at least five times!
Also the cut out interior edge (routered) of the doors does not match our other doors, when challenged on this he commented that he only had two router bits to cut this edge....but the "other guys" have 7 or 8 so they probably could have done the edge. Then on another occasion he told us he had over $100,000.00 worth of tools in his shop........but he can't buy a router bit? On top of all this he complained about how he was ready to retire and what he wanted to do instead. And he bad mouthed other clients to us, complaining that some lady in Cleveland had him doing outdoor work in bad weather (why'd you take that job then?!).
Overall this was a bad experience & I DO NOT recommend this company!!!
