Lady Bug scheduled my appointment very quickly, within two days. Stacy called and I explained exactly what kind of problems I was having, she explained the process and the pesticide she would be using which was very helpful because I concerned about having children in the house. Stacy arrived at the scheduled appointment time (maybe a little earlier), and was very professional and friendly. She reviewed the residence, quoted me a price then started treating the house. She stated that in about two weeks they would be gone, and sure enough she was exactly right!

It went extremely well. Pre-owned appliance purchase brought roaches into my home. Lady Bug eliminated the problem and my home has been bug-free since then. The service providers are courteous, considerate, punctual and professional.

Mrs. Ola Phillips has provided services to my home for several years. Lady Bug is by far the best exterminating company I have ever used. Mrs. Phillips is a joy to have in your home and her work is impeccable. If problems arrive in the form of little uninvited guests (ants and such), they are dealt with in quick order. Mrs. Phillips makes sure they do not return and does everything to keep them from doing so! The scheduled visits are always done on time and are always completed with a high degree of professionalism. Mrs. Lady Bug is very professional, and a joy to have in your home! She drives up in the cutest red and black VW bug you will ever see, and also dresses in lady bug clothes, earrings, and shoes. She is VERY thorough in eliminating existing problems, and maintaining superior control to prevent future problems. She even puts a lady-bug sticker on the calendar, as a reminder of her next visit! She leaves an invoice statement, documenting the work done and products used. I spotted some ants recently, before my next scheduled appointment, and she came straight over and eliminated the problem. Mrs. Lady Bug is not only the best at what she does, but is also a person who cares about her clients. I recently lost my dog of 14 years, and when I got a new dog, she called and asked if she could come by to see him! This was so incredibly generous, as I know how busy she is. I HIGHLY recommend Mrs. Lady Bug to care for all your exterminating needs. She is an absolute professional, and a joy to know.

She was very helpful, friendly but professional. I had two other companies out to give estimates. I had researched quite a bit online and knew what I wanted, and what I didn't want. The other companies did not want to listen but wanted to sell expensive, ongoing treatments. One tried to tell me my attic was damp when he saw an old watermark on the ceiling, even after I told him we replaced the roof three years ago. I have not seen a carpenter ant in the house since ladybug was here. Hopefully I can have them come out a couple of times a year and keep the critters away!

The owner came to my house, was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Her customer service was fabulous and I believe we will use her on a regular basis.

After working with another company and the other company having 3 attempts at eliminating our cockroach problem, we sought out the services of another provider. We are so thankful and blessed to have discovered the Bug Lady. The LadyBug is more than a pest "control" service. She is a pest "elimination" provider as well as what I would consider an expert in her trade. After listening to our problems, concerns and experience with previous pest control company, the LadyBug provided us with an education on why the other provider used the chemicals they used as well as the method in which they applied them. All in a professional and educating manner, not once did she say derogatory statements about the previous provider in an attempt to sell her herself and services. After explaining what chemicals and applications had been attempted unsuccessfully, she educated us further on what chemicals she would use and methods she would take to elimate our issue as well as explain cockroach activity and behaviors. While not complicated, she allowed us to connect the dots on bait methods and combating pests already living in the home. Nothing but a wonderful and professional experience with the Bug Lady who is a Pest ELIMINATION and control expert. Olla, gave me an estimate and stuck to it. She provided her services and a detailed receipt on what was needed. This company does not require a signed yearly/monthly contract when other businesses wanted a signed monthly contract in addition to giving the same quote for services. She is honest, professional and a woman of her word. Chiggers are gone!

Everything was good with them except that they were high priced. They came out only once and they were highly priced. I will not use them again because of the price.

The above price is for the year. She always adapts to my schedule. She comes in the afternoon because I need her to. She is very polite and professional. I feel like the price is right for what she does. She sprays every 3 months. She removed some rats living in my attic last year.
