KITCHENS OF CHATTANOOGA

Our experience with Tiffany and Charles at Kitchens of Chattanooga has been excellent. We have admittedly been difficult clients, as we are doing most of the demo and construction work ourselves. This has resulted in minor tweaks to the layout that affected the layout of the cabinets, but they took these changes in stride and made sure things came together. Tiffany’s sense of style was a key factor in our decision to go with Kitchens of Chattanooga- I made it clear that I didn’t want anything boring or too traditional. She listened to my ideas, collaborated with me on Pinterest, and came up with a design that looks amazing installed- even better than her rendering! We will be needing a bathroom remodel at some point and will definitely use Kitchens of Chattanooga again.

It went well. I wasn’t crazy about the installer himself. But the people that run and work for the company and the products they sell were all good.

No work was ever done

They were much higher than anyone else by a couple thousand dollars. She was very nice, they were very helpful, I had no problem with them. I went into the show room, it was very nice. It was just that it was the highest of 3 estimates that I got.

Excellent experience. Mark came out to eyeball the job and take measurements. Soon after we met in his showroom and, starting with plans I had sketched out, completed an updated layout to work with. We went back three more times to fine tune the plan. Mark was very patient and spent as much time as needed to get the details to where they needed to be. Never a hint of impatience even though the fine tuning process can be quite time consuming. He was a pleasure with which to work. Very responsive to all our calls and requests.

Everything that was promised was delivered. On time and on budget.
