I used them one time. The service was adequate, the price was pretty high. I might use them again, but I would look for someone cheaper first. It was three people that performed the service. They did a good job picking up the stuff and hauling it away.

Fred Friday' contacted me the day before to get an idea of how much stuff I had to pick up. His guys came out earlier than requested (after phoning me to see if that was okay as they were running ahead of schedule). They quoted half a truck and got to work. They were efficient and finished in under an hour's time. They were both very personable and they made me feel very comfortable. They recycle many of the things they pick-up, so There's three things I look for when hiring a contractor, 1) punctuality, 2) personality and 3) communication. Price isn't as much of a factor if you meet the other requirements (for me), but they also were at a very reasonable price for the work. Junk King hit all three on the nose and I couldn't ask for more. We will definitely call them again if needed.

Overall good experience. Everyone i spoke with, including the movers were nice and polite. They moved the items from my house very quickly with no damages or anything. My only issue is the website price quotes. When I went to their website for a quote, it said it would cost me around 129.00 to have a couch, love seat, coffee table and 1 end table to be hauled away but when they arrived they said it would cost $160.00 just for the couch and love seat, and not any of the tables. I highly recommend taking advantage of the free price estimate they offer where they come out to your home first, and not the website. Other than the pricing issue, everything went great. They arrived when they said they would and removed everything quickly and where polite and professional.

Outstanding service experience from start to finish. Quick scheduling. Crew was actually early and arrived when I wasn't home. They promptly called, offered me an estimate and were happy to get started without me being around. I arrived as they were finishing up. The crew was two young men who were extremely polite and professional. They insisted that I make sure the job was done to my satisfaction before they would collect payment. They gave me a good rate and I couldn't be more happy with the overall interaction with this company. Will most certainly call them first with any future needs they can assist with!

These guys were wonderful! They called just before coming and were right on time. The crew of two were charming and very polite. They cleaned up after and broom swept the entire area spotless plus they are super fast. These guys know what they are doing and worked great as a team, they truly worked their tails off! I would definitely use them again and give them a A+++ what a top notch group!

Extremely well and very fast. Crew was extremely polite, professional, prompt, and mindful not to damage my home and property as they worked. Was prompt to include 10% discount for online booking (at my request). While careful to wipe their feet each time they entered my home, they did soil my carpet (dark stain that was not dirt); as I was replacing my old carpeting the following week, I was not upset at these stains. However, the crew was very concerned that they had soiled my carpet and offered to clean it; I told them not to worry about it. In the end, they offered and discounted my final bill by $50 to compensate for the soiled carpet. This is the 2nd time I've used Junk King, and I continue to be impressed and happy with their services; will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I purchased the $79 deal for junk hauling off Angie's list. The deal was good for a 1/4 truck load of junk removal. I knew I probably had just a bit more than the 1/4 truck and was prepared to pay a little extra when they got there. I went to the Junk-King website and used their pricing estimator which indicated a range from $138 - $158 for the 1/4 truck load and $238 - $258 for 1/2 truck load. Based on this, I was expecting to pay something around $100 additional for the difference between the value of my 1/4 truck deal I had already purchased and the estimate from the website for a 1/2 truck load. What surprised me was that because some of the construction debris was brick, I had to also pay a fee for the weight of the bricks (I can't remember exactly what they called it but it was something like a "base load"). I didn't think it was an excessive amount of bricks (basically they came from tearing out a set of steps up to a porch which was three steps high to give you a sense of perspective). Looking around the junk-king web site, it doesn't say anything about this additional fee that I could find. So the bottom line was that I paid an additional $284 on top of the deal that I already purchased which was definitely more than I was expecting for the amount of stuff removed. They were very punctual and professional and did a good job. They did give me an up front estimate and explained the fees and made sure that was acceptable before they started the work. My advice would be to call first and discuss what you have with them and not trust the online estimator to avoid any surprises when they get there.

.We loved working with this company! They were great from the first call, the actual pick-up on to the follow up email. Fred was very professional and set up for Armando and LaRance to come by to collect our items. Everyone was offered great customer service,and they were punctual, professional and efficient. We were thankful that they were the ones that came by and we would recommend them for anyone to call on for help with removing unwanted items from the property.

I am very impressed with Junk King - Chattanooga. They showed up on time, and after I pointed out all of the items that I wanted them to remove, they got right to work. I had a $79 Angie's List coupon, but the amount of stuff I wanted to get removed was more than what the coupon was for. They worked with me on a price for the rest of the stuff ($75), and everything was done after about 20 minutes. Very professional and polite staff, and I will definitely use their services again!
