+ -1 moreFrom the initial call to the job completion Jason and his assistant were very courteous and professional. They called the day of the set appointment to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they started to work immediately. When they were through Jason and his assistant showed me the work performed and made sure there were no nails or roofing material left on the roof or in my yard. I will highly recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Best roofing company I have ever dealt with.
Description of Work: Roof inspection, installed new flashing around chimney and new vent boot.

+ -1 moreJason and his crew did an excellent job. He was always very prompt returning my phone calls. This was a three day project and they did an excellent job of cleaning up each day. When there was a delay in them getting started, Jason offered to upgrade the type of roof we used at no additional charge. He also worked well with my insurance adjuster and knew just what the insurance company needed. We couldn't be happier and we have a beautiful new roof.

+ -1 moreWhen I called and told the receptionist that I had a small roof repair job I was told that that was not a problem. Jason stays busy so it was the next day before he was able to get through all his phone messages and return my call. However, he came out to the house the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the vent leak within a few minutes. Most service calls now days are anywhere from $35 to $50 just to come out to your house so I was very pleased with the $40 fee. Since the repair we have had a very heavy rain storm and the vent no longer leaks at all. Jason had done some other minor roof repair work for me a few years ago and I was very pleased with his professionalism and honesty.

+ -1 moreI can't say enough good things about Jason Helton or his staff. Everyone was so friendly and courteous from start to finish!
Description of Work: Jason Helton Construction has performed four different jobs for us to date, ranging over a ten year period. We would never use anyone EXCEPT Jason Helton for any roofing job!!!! He's professional, his employees are FIRST-CLASS and extremely respectful and courteous. Our yard looked better when they left, after cleaning up the roofing materials, than it did before they arrived. They didn't leave one piece of old roofing, not even a nail, on the ground! The jobs they have performed for us, and our immediate family members, are FIRST CLASS!!! The materials they used were A+ and they never asked for a penny until the job was completed...that says something about a business! As a matter of fact, it was several weeks after the completion of the job before we even received an invoice in the mail. We mailed them a check that day, with a note thanking them for their excellent services. We even hired Jason Helton Construction to tear down an old garage and remove it from our property. They brought in a dumpster, removed every single piece of material and once again, you could not even tell a garage had ever even been standing on the property. It looked beautiful! I can't say enough about this company or it's employees. They stay extremely busy, so be patient on your estimate, he's well worth waiting for, I promise!
