 + -1 moreWonderful - I called due to a problem and they were there within 2 hours. You just can't beat that.
Description of Work: Jim and his crew performed an inspection on my older AC unit. They were efficient and courteous. We had an intermittent issue with the unit not cooling but was impossible to diagnose when it was cooling. Jim and his crew came out as soon as the unit failed, diagnosed the problem, and installed the replacement part. Everyone at Indoor Comfort Techs have been amazing. Thank you!

Description of Work: Our 3 1/2 ton Gas Pack HVAC Unit for the 1st floor went out on Thursday 2/19/15. It was found to have a failed Heat Exchanger and needed to be replaced. We contacted several HVAC service providers that were selected through the use of HomeAdvisor, the Better Business Bureau, and Angie's List. The earliest that any of them could replace the HVAC Unit was Monday 2/23/15 except for "Indoor Comfort Techs Heat and Air" a company highly rated by Angie's List and rightfully so. They provided a very reasonable bid and rearranged their schedule so a new unit could be installed on Friday 2/20/15. They did an excellent and professional job installing the new Unit where the electrical, thermostat, and gas lines were run much better than the sloppy original installation. I highly recommend that "Indoor Comfort Techs Heat and Air" be considered when you have an HVAC issue.

They remained in contact by phone and email throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them. I wish they could work on other things around my house. Trust these folks completely.
