The work turned out great! They clean everything up and they do an excellent job. They also came back out (no charge me) to correct an issue we had due to a miscommunication and they made it just the way I wanted it.

Hullco representative was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was always punctual and you could not ask for a better representative. We simply chose another window due to price.

The gentleman who came to give me the estimate was punctual and friendly. He listened to me as I was explaining the issues, but made no written notes. He gave me some suggestions as well, which I appreciated. He said the estimate would take about 2-3 days to prepare. I let him know that was fine but that I would need an itemized estimate as my husband would have to review it as well. He acknowledged and left. I never heard back on the estimate. I called about 2 weeks later and left a message. Again, I never got a call back. They seem to spend quite a bit on their advertising, which is why I called them. I am disappointed that their marketing is better than their service.

They were very easy to do business with. They were prompt and felt a great value in the money that was spent.

I purposely waited a while to file this report because I wanted to see how everything lasted through an intense summer and some cold winter weather. Having experienced both extreme weather conditions, plus a severe storm or two with high winds, I am happy to report that all is well with our new siding and gutters. HullCo did a great job listening to our needs for the house and exhibited patience with all my questions and inquiries about the project. Overall, the entire project, requiring just shy of two weeks, went very well despite some bitterly cold temperatures. The workers, friendly and courteous throughout the entire process, worked well together and took care to perform a quality job. In addition, they welcomed my periodic walk around inspections, comments, and requests. Upon completion of the job, the yard was walked, including our neighboring yards, to collect any and all debris. They even checked the bushes to make sure nothing was left behind. A few days after the work was completed, I noticed some items when I walked the yard on a bright, sunny day. I contacted HullCo and arranged for someone to meet me at the house so I could review the items. The HullCo representative arrived as planned, walked around the house with me, and allowed me to point out a few items which he noted and promised to have adjusted. In addtion, he noticed something I did not catch and added it to the list. This is a testament to ensure I was satisfied as well as to ensure a quality installation. In conclusion, we are very pleased with the installation of our new vinyl siding and gutters. I now have a exterior for my home will never need painting.

Hullco did a great job with communication. They always called to confirm when they would be here and they were always on time. Their employees did a great job. They also cleaned up after the work was completed.

After the home visit was over within a few days the rep had quotes for three different type of windows since our budget was really making the decision for us. Even though at this time we were unable to have the install happen it is good to know that we can count on them to do a great job.

Initial discussion with salesman went well. Scheduling job took about a month. Siding workers finished the wrapping in about 3 days, and did a great job. Gutters done by a subcontractor, did in one day. Again, all work done professionally and quickly.

They were real friendly and on time. I would use their service in the future.

We did not select Hullco purely because of price.

There were no issues. The work was done promptly, professionally, and cleanly.

The technician arrived on time, was pleasant, efficient and professional. He was able to improve the operation of the doors tremendously with a few adjustments. Because I realize these older doors will need to be replaced eventually, we discussed my options. When the time comes, I'm definitely calling Hullco to do the job!

The job took over a month to complete. The sunroom still leaks. They did a horrible caulking job and it is now yellowed. I now have a white sunroom with a discolored caulking. It looks very unprofessional and messy. They installed a gutter incorrectly and put a hole is the incorrect side of the gutter. They also simply nailed the patio to my house. Very poor work. They were cutting the metal in my yard that was producing shards of metal that my dog could have possible eaten. I had instructed them to put a tarp down because of this. Later on I had to use a shop-vac to clean up the shards. They thought it would be beneficial to take out my basement wall (a load-berring wall) so that we can access the patio that way. I also instructed them to not leave the gate open because of my dogs, yet they continuously left the gate open. Because the room still leaks I have to leave a window open at all times so it doesn't stink. Bottom line is that they took forever. It was supposed to be a day job and a day cleanup. It took over a month.

I needed to update the windows in my home so I contacted several local window places. I choose to give my business to Hulco. Wow, I could not be happier. The salesman was very informative and provided all the information that I needed. Next was an on-site measurement of my existing windows. A few short weeks later, I was contacted to schedule the installation. On the scheduled date, the installer started his work. I only had half of my old windows replaced, and these 7 windows were removed, new ones installed, the exterior trim covered and interior caulking applied. He has everything finished in less that 8 hours. I was amazed. The new windows are GREAT!!!!! The price was more than the cheap competitor windows, but I plan to look out these windows for the next 50 years, so I wanted a super quality, energy efficient window. I am so pleased with the new windows. My power bill has dropped and it is MUCH quieter in my house (I live near the interstate, so car noise had been an issue, but no more!!!!) I contacted the power company to setup a home energy audit, and as a result of the energy inspection, and the new windows, I was able to quality for a $500.00 cash payment for making energy efficiency improvements (you have to have the energy audit completed BEFORE the work is done.)I WILL use Hulco when I decide to have the remainder of my windows replaced. This has been the BEST home improvement experience I have ever had the pleasure of getting done!

They did an awesome job. I'm very pleased with them. They were very efficient and had it completed within three days. They were very punctual coming every morning. I felt comfortable with them being there.

In general, the Hullco team was very professional and provided me with all of the information I needed to make a decision. The installation contrractor did an excellent job, disposed of the old windows, and left the house with no mess or debris. If and when I need additional work on my windows, Hullco will be my first call.

From the phone call to final installation, excellant. Have a local show room you can go to. Will spend the time working out your needs and explaining in detail. No questions were left unanswered.

We got an estimate from Lowe's, but I wanted to use a local company. Plus, I have had bad experiences with Lowe's in the past, and I wanted this job to be done right. I called Hullco, and the person who came was very friendly and professional. His estimate was about $1500 more than the estimate I got from Lowe's. However, I think that it was worth it. In December, about four months later, we decided to go ahead with the job. I contacted Hullco, and we ordered the windows. Because we live in another state, the paperwork was emailed to us. We signed the contract and emailed the paperwork back. We also sent a key so that the workers could enter the house. The windows arrived within two weeks, and they were installed mid-January. The person who we hired to help us with renovations kept an eye on things every day, and he was impressed by the thoroughness of the Hullco installation team and by the quality of the work. When we returned to the house in March, we were impressed by how great the windows look. The house was neat, and there was barely any sign that work had been done aside from the shiny clean and modern windows.

We telephoned Hullco and a sales person came to the house - he showed us samples, explained the process and provided us with a written estimate of the costs pending a review by a Hullco supervisor. Within a few days the Hullco supervisor came, conducted the review and confirmed the cost of the job. At that time we wrote a check for one third of the total cost of the job. We were given an tentative installation date which was later confirmed. On the day before our Hullco installers were due the materials were delivered. The experience was "perfect" - our installers were prompt, cheerful, respectful of our property, pleasant to have around and did a quality job. We could not have asked for better, more professional people. In spite of the fact that they were unable to work on a few days because of heavy rain and cold, they worked diligently and finished within a few days of the time we were told it should take to perform the work. They even did several things that we consider above and beyond what we expected. They cleaned our sky lights (not expected) and even put vinyl siding on the small door that accesses the crawl space under our house, and they "boxed" around a faucet so that it looks very clean and neat. They cleaned up the yard and and took all the "bits and pieces" of siding, boxes, etc. to the dump so that we had nothing to do but enjoy the newly remodeled exterior of our home. We expected the installation of the vinyl siding to improve the appearance of our 37 year old home, we were pleasantly surprised that it looked better than the house did when we purchased it all those years ago. The day after the installers left a supervisor from Hullco came and looked over the job to be sure it was done properly in accord with Hullco policies. When this inspection was complete we paid the balance of the cost of the job.

We have an 8' sliding glass do in our kitchen. The door was an old AL frame double pain door. We had to use a stick to lock the door because the lock was broken. The door was also very hard to open and close plus it had no screen. Hullco replaced the door with a beautiful 8' door that has a triple lock and nice screen and slides opens and closes with ease. The door came before promised and the installer was very professional. We have used them to install windows also. They did a great job and we'll use them again. The price was a little steep but they had a sale and offered a good price. We feel we got a very good price for the quality and service they gave us. The door was their top of the line door and is great quality.

Again they were polite, professional and prompt, just expensive.
