Handyman 4 Hire

We hired Tyler because we saw some of the roofing work he did for a neighbor of mine down the street. Everything went fine with Tyler at first. However about a week after he left, we started to get a dribble leak in our kitchen. Once the heavy rain came, the issue got worse and worse. We been using a drip pan for several months now to catch the water. Upon further inspection, it appears that the work Tyler did was pretty shoddy. The silicon on the roof was not spread properly, it was just globbed together and is letting alot of water in. It now has been several months later, and we have yet to get Tyler to come back and fix the work. He has even been over to check it out, however he still hasn't come back to do the work. Tyler is a nice enough boy, but the work he did just hasn't held up and the fact that he is promising to fix the issue, and then neglecting to show up and fix the issue is not right and is not good customer service.
