After Mr. Yarber did a great job installing an air conditioning unit in my window, he told me he also worked on cars as well. I have an older model car so I have to be careful who I let work on my car. Since Mr. Yarber had looked at my central A/C unit, been honest about not being an expert on central H/A and put in a A/C window unit so inexpensively, I felt I could trust him to repair my car. When my brake light came on and started squeaking when I put on the brakes, I thought I needed new brakes. I went and got the brake pads and called Guinn and told him I needed to have new brake pads installed on my car. When he took the wheels off my car he told me I didn't need new brake pads. Sure enough, the pads looked almost brand new. He could have installed the pads or pretended he did and charged me but he didn't. He put the wheels back on my car and didn't charge me anything even though he had driven all the way from Cohutta Georgia to my house in Chattanooga, TN. Guinn said it had something to do with the electronics but he did not do diagnostics or anything to do with electronics on a car. Once again he was honest and ethical! It is refreshing to find such people and sad to say, rare. Thanks again Guinn.

A friend of mind recommended Guinn Yarber to look at my central H/A. After I talked with Mr. Yarber on the phone and explained to him that my central heat and air unit was not coming on, he took a look at my unit and let me know that the electrical wiring had not been installed correctly and had been exposed to the elements causing premature wear and tear. I appreciate him telling me the truth that he could not repair it. Some people would have said they could and rigged up something and charged me a lot of money. I appreciate his honesty and ethics. He suggested that until I could get the expensive wiring redone, that I put an air conditioning unit in my window. He installed my air conditioner with great professionalism. He explained how he was going to do it first which put my mind at ease since I have an older home. He put it into my window very securely and made it look good. I provided the material, he provided the expertise. Much appreciation. I would highly recommend Guinn for any handyman or remodeling job that you need to have done. He was friendly and respectful too. I liked that about him as well.

They charged $200 per tree. They were supposed to take the trees down, cut them all up and move them to a pile on my property. He won't come back and do the rest of it. He said that it wasn't in the agreement but it actually was. If the work had been finished, the price would have been very good.
