I hired Newsom Construction for two separate projects. Each project was completed leaving me exceptionally satisfied. Project 1: living room/ kitchen remodel This project was done in July 2019. It involved knocking down two walls, while also inserting a new structural beam from the attic. A team of creative, hard-working individuals at Newsom Construction not only gave me the idea to remodel, but completed the work in line with my expectations. Project 2: Interior painting, floor (LVT) installment, kitchen light installment, dry wall, crown moulding, quarter round placement. I give the second project 5 stars as well. This was completed in January 2021. The crew was professional, the project was completed on a timely basis, and the results were again highly satisfactory. Below are some things that stood out to me and will have me going back to Newsom Construction for future builds, remodels, additions, etc: Professional crew Timeliness on jobs being completed Creativity Thoughtful presentation of their own ideas Transparency Price Clean up (nothing left behind)
