Jason, the driver, called the day of packing to confirm! They arrived on time, prepared and ready. Jason and Tommy worked well together. They were careful with packing, respectful of property and pleasant to converse! They knew how to pack securely all items. They asked questions to make sure they packed the right things and correctly. They were strong and efficient. They made our unpacking easy: we didn't have to unpack and fill the dresser at destination because they moved the dresser without taking the clothes out :-) They wrapped the couch in plactice wrap to protect it during moving. I had bad experiences with inexpereinced movers in moving companies before, Jason and Tommy have completely changed that. They are the cream of the crops. I will definitely ask for Jason and Tommy specifically for our future move! Thank you, Good Guys Moving and Delivery!!!

Date of Service - 8/7/20 - $460.00 cost - Guys did a great job. They were careful and wasted no time in getting the job done within the time window we needed it to be in. These guys are without a doubt the best . From scheduling ( worked with me on a date then offered to change the date if needed at no cost) to the gentlemen who showed up. The guys showed up 20 minutes early , moved like lighting and treated my stuff like it was thier own . No stress no headaches just professional movers at a great price !

The company was very responsive to all my questions both before and after the move, and the final price was right in the range they estimated. We got an excellent crew, all three experienced movers managed to fit nearly all the furniture from our 4 bedroom house into their truck. They were courteous and professional even when I asked them to remove their shoes every time they came in the new house. They made every effort to place the furniture exactly where we wanted it. Once all was done, there were only a few scratches on a couple items versus many scratches on nearly everything with the young and inexperienced Allied Movers crew we used on our last move.

We have used Good Guys Moving, 3 times in the past few years. All of our experiences have been "top-notch" and we have vowed to never use another company! From our single piece moves, to moving all of our items, we have never had 1 complaint. Very efficient, polite, respectful, and professional.

Movers were careless and destroyed most of our furniture. Maybe we had a one-off bad experience, but if you hire them, here are my suggestions... 1. Buy insurance to cover replacement of *all* your things. We did not, we paid for only $5000 of replacement coverage and we regret it. It does not cover all of our loss from these movers. 2. Don't send your damage claim *only* to your contact in the Atlanta office, they have no interest in responding. If you, at any time feel like it's hard to reach them for pricing or scheduling, i can assure that getting replies from Atlanta staff during the claims process is worse. They have a dedicated claims email address, get that from them before the move so you have it and don't have to wait for them to send it to you. That will copy ppl in their Chattanooga office. Chattanooga staff will, at least, communicate with you . 3. Don't let them"cover it" in house. Require them to submit to insurance company immediately, have attorney involved if possible. They messed around with my claim for five weeks (telling me they wanted to cover it in-house) before finally sending it to their insurance company. Once their insurance company got our claim, I had to start all over and it was another 5 weeks before we got our settlement check. It was at the 9 week mark when I mentioned getting legal counsel, then received a settlement statement that same afternoon. It took one week to receive the check in the mail. All these weeks with destroyed furniture filling up my house because they will send a repair person to inspect... 4. Don't get rid of anything until you have the check in-hand, even after inspection. After the moving company sent an inspector, the insurance company sent another. Had we gotten rid of the items after the first inspection, the insurance company would have denied the claim. This is another reason to require the movers to submit immediately to insurance instead of covering it in-house. Based on reviews, we may have had an unusual experience.... But know that if you have a similar bad experience, the claims process with them is miserable.

Overall, the move went well. It did, however, take longer and cost more than estimated. My wife and I had even moved most of the boxed items, ourselves. Also, after moving and paying the bill on the 23rd, we received a 5% off coupon in the mail on the 24th. Sadly, the company would not accept the coupon. Damages: The movers brought to our attention a piece of shelf glass that broke during the move. They graciously provided for the replacement of the simple piece of glass. Unfortunately, we discovered after the move that an adjustable foot on the bottom of our deep freeze was missing (the freezer now wobbles). Someone should have noticed the uneven placement of the freezer when it was unloaded and placed on the concrete slab in our garage. I guess I will need to get a small block of wood to prop up that corner of the standing freezer. Overall the move went well, but the estimate provided was obviously too low. The team pretty much stayed busy.

They are truly "good guys." Communicated often to confirm dates and times with us, friendly, and worked extremely hard to make our move as smooth as possible. I highly recommend them.

Andre facilitated our in-town move last week. He was detail-oriented, patient with my questions, flexible, and professional. As well, he was more than willing to offer terrific suggestions to ensure a smooth and easy move. His team of movers, especially Darrell and Nate were truly amazing. Overall everything went well. There was a bit of confusion early on, as we'd purchased a special through Angie's List and then never heard back from Good Guy. I eventually was able to get a reply, and they were able to schedule us right away. On the day we moved, the crew was a bit late. Their GPS had led them astray, but honestly that gave me extra time to pack up a few last minute items. The team was very nice, and professional. They worked quickly and were well coordinated in their efforts. Damage was extremely minimal, far less then any other move we've had. No move ever goes perfectly, but this was as close as you could get it. Thanks Good Guys!

The young men, Darrell, Cordaro and Airronn were very very nice and professional. They took great care in moving the piano and protecting our doorway when moving it into the house. I was so pleased with their service and I highly recommend them if you need the services they provide. These Good Guys live up to the name of their company and they are the right guys for the job!
