I dropped off a cedar trunk and a desk to have them refinished in December 2012. They were quite busy and advised that it would likely be February before they could have it done. I told them that I could work with that. I waited till March to call back and was then told that it would not be ready till April. I gave them till the end of May and then went in to see where they were at with them. At this point, they had not even started on the projects and, frustratingly, I had to help search the main room to find the pieces in the set of products. After this, they had them done in approximately 2 weeks. When I went to pick them up, I did have to double check them and noted that a couple of items they had said they were going to do had not been done, though this did turn out to be because they could not physically do those modifications. All this being said, the work they did was great and I was very happy with the pieces. I just recently took another piece in to them and they have done another piece in the past, though with the same timing delay. I would recommend their work to most anyone as long as you are not on any particular schedule and are willing to follow up with them regularly.
