Foster Electric

This was an exceptional experience. Long story short, I just moved into a home with a ceiling fan that didn't work. When I called Foster Electric, making an appointment was very easy and the appointment was only a few days away. The electrician showed up, (Aaron), was very polite, very professional, cleaned up after himself, answered lost of questions I had about other projects in the house and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would hire this company again in a minute! If you need some electrical work done, I highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend Foster Electric. In June 2017, Chris Stewart from Foster Electric did an estimate on some electrical work needed for a kitchen remodel. Chris was courteous, patient, and informative as we discussed our plans. He offered good recommendations and delivered a timely and fair estimate. Aaron Perry and Jamison Roddy did the work that included placing and installing new canister lights, new lighting fixtures, and dimmer switches. The work was done professionally and under the estimated time and cost. We were very pleased with the work. In November, we called Foster Electric again about a problem with some outlets switching off in our Great Room. Since these outlets were on the same circuit as some of the kitchen work done in July, I was concerned that it was somehow related to the kitchen remodel work. Chris and his supervisor, Billy Smart, promptly returned to our home to check out the problem. They quickly confirmed that it was not related to the remodel work in July but was a loose connection in a great room outlet. They rewired the outlets on the circuit and fixed the problem. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient in dealing with us and in accomplishing the work needed. Thanks Foster Electric.

Excellent work by Jeff, Chase, and Jameson. They took the time to review the use of the power - a couple of times so we were comfortable with the operation. We've use Foster's and these electricians before. Always great work and a clear estimate process. I'd recommend them without reservation.

Foster is super busy so it took a few weeks to get on their schedule but they arrived promptly on the scheduled service day and quickly tackled my install. This rather long run from breaker panel to office in my two story home only required one small hole be cut inside on of my closets. I don’t know how they managed to only cut one small hole inside.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. Knowledgeable, smart, reliable folks who care about what they're doing. If you wonder why the company has an unbelievable number of five star reviews, hire them and find out. These folks are truly THE BEST.

Team was punctual and pleasant and worked diligently. Lighting installations turned out great, except one light was found not to be working when the crew left, and my wife had to dash out to the street to get them to return and fix it. Some of the switch/receptacle installations were done a little sloppily; I'm sure they'd have been done more carefully in the electricians' own homes. I had to fix them myself. They could have done a better job cleaning up after themselves. However, all-in-all, the job was done satisfactorily and the price was reasonable given the amount of work required that I could not have easily done myself.

Would highly recommend. Aaron and crew did a great job explaining the scope of the work and possible pitfalls to consider. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the company and the entire process.

Excellent...came within the two hour window for appointment, did the work, cleaned up afterwards. All works well.

When I called I initially got a recording but was called promptly back by Mary in a matter of minutes. Friendly as always, she took the information and checked the schedule for availability. They were booked fairly much for the next several days but she asked if it was an emergency (yes, they actually take emergency repairs). It was more a trivial inconvenience than an emergency, so I scheduled it for the following week. They called the day before to verify the appointment, and also just prior to coming out. Aaron arrived about 20 minutes later, was friendly and commented favorably on our Halloween decorations (We go a little nuts on the displays for Halloween). He was quite through, not only checking the outlet in question but all the GFI outlets that may have been connected also to it, indoors and outdoors, and the breaker box. Problem found he fixed it as well as securing the ground outlet covering to the floor (it had been loose before). All in less than an hour. I purposely called Foster Electric as this is the 4th time I have used them over the last 2 years, some were majory multi-day, multi-electrician projects, to minor issues such as this, all treated with a "There is no other project, this is the project" attitude. I'm very happy with them and highly recommend them. I will use them again.

I had called and left a message, and Mary called me right back. A time was set up for the next day I n the afternoon. The next morning they called, and had finished there first job 5 hours early, and wanted to know could they come on out, which was fine with me! Gary and Scott came out to fix the problem. They were friendly and professional, and had it fixed in about an hour. The cost was extremely reasonable given that two electricians had come out, I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. This is the third time I have used Foster Electric, the first two times were for major electrical jobs and they have always been friendly and professional which is why I don't hesitate to call them for anything electrical I need. I would and have used them again. Highly recommend!

Foster Electric Review Chris and Jeff at Foster Electric are the VERY BEST !!! We had LED lighting / fixtures installed throughout our home, to include running wire, adding in motion detectors and dimmers; and outdoor lighting photo sensors repaired / replaced. First, Chris explained all the options to me in explicit detail, and created a “Great Plan” with all the associated hardware having all the desired features (LED lighting, dimmers, motion detectors, etc) for each required location throughout our home. Planning is very important part of this process. With the all the detail provided by Chris, we were able to fully understand all the options and choices for the associated hardware and their features – and thus came up with a PERFECT Plan that suited us to exact detail. The time Chris spent to “educate” me on all the product choices and their features / limitations allowed me to “know” exactly what we wanted and needed. Jeff is a 3rd generational Master Electrician that did all the install. Jeff’s work and commitment to excellence is TOTALLY OUTSTANDING !!! You will not find better anywhere, than JEFF !!! The Install by Jeff, like the Plan was PERFECT. Jeff is such an accomplished Master Electrician that he was able to reduce the time needed to complete project installation. I cannot say enough great things about Jeff, suffice it to say he is the BEST there is anywhere !!! For the sake of brevity, Chris, Jeff & Foster Electric are the VERY BEST OF THE BEST for residential projects – and make a Great Team !!! Looking forward to have future residential work done by Chris, Jeff, & Foster Electric. They are the BEST there is !!!

I cannot say enough good things about Foster Electric. Our job was difficult (because of the design of the house and because the electricity had to be turned off in the middle of July.) It was extremely hot in the house and yet every time I came by everyone was working hard and never failed to be pleasant and professional. Scott, Jay, and the entire crew were amazing. Everyone I talked to or worked with from Mary in the office, Chris who did the estimate, to Scott, Jay, and the crew were wonderful! We are very pleased with the work and I would highly recommend them.

Aaron Perry, our tech, came and was very professional. Aaron asked a lot of questions to help diagnose the issue and was able to take care of the problem within 30 minutes.

It went exactly as planned and quoted. Work was described before it was begun. The Electricians were professional, on task and in this case they finished below the estimate. This company is professional, organized, friendly and honest. I will hire them again and I will refer them to my family and friends.

Great! Took him 5 minutes to figure out the problem and correct it. While he was here, we had him look at our outside garage lights that were flickering. Turned out that it wasn't a problem with the fixture, it was the light bulbs that we were using.

They were punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable about what they were doing. They actually listened to what I wanted accomplished and told me the safest, yet most cost efficient way to do it. They did the work in less time than estimated and it actually cost me much less than I had anticipated. They cleaned up completely before leaving. In addition, they were two of the nicest guys I have met in awhile. Very courteous and genuinely caring about their customers.

Wonderful Company!! Its always scary choosing companies and hoping their work will be more than satisfactory, you WILL NOT go wrong with this company!!!! GREAT!! From the office, with scheduling time that works for me, to workers(Caine and co worker) calling ahead and coming when they said. Very professional, diligent in their work, polite and patient with answering any questions /concerns I had. I would highly recommend them and intend on using this company to meet any future needs!!!!
