Good. The man knew right away what the problem was.

It went very well. Caine and Brice were prompt, and since there was no additional wiring to be done it took no time at all to replace the lights on the corners of the house. They then checked the kitchen outlet and found a loose wire that was causing the short, and it was an easy fix. I believe everything was done in less than an hour. I should mention I have used Foster Electric several times before, and have always been pleased with their service. They are my go-to service for anything I need electrical.

Quick and easy. ID’d the problem within 10 minutes and repaired and tested within the next 15. Superb!

So, I gave this a “C” rating so that people would read this review. I had a light flutter and go out in the kitchen which immediately took 4 more lights with it, so I assumed an electrical problem. I called Foster Electric, they were punctual and courteous. They told me some heat protector mechanism in the can lights had burned out and I should replace all 8, (for a total of just over $800) since more would go. Seemed reasonable. I set up a date. The next weekend my Dad came up, and tested the lights, It was just dead bulbs. He replaced the bulbs for $60 from Home Depot, and was even sweet enough to put in a dimmer switch. This really bothered me. I called Foster to cancel the appointment, told them what happened, and they promptly charged me $50 as a cancellation fee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. If they hadn’t charged me for being nice enough to cancel, I wouldn’t have written his review, but HONESTLY. Please use someone else.

All aspects went great, from initial consultation to today’s installation. All personnel were very professional, prompt, and courteous. They also did an excellent clean up job when finished. I would definitely use them again. No one asked me to write this review.

I highly recommend Foster Electric for any electrical needs you have. They are fast, reliable, helpful, professional and respectful. I have an older house and needed several GFCI outlets installed. I needed them installed the same week I called and they were there in a few days. They called the morning they were coming to confirm that they were on their way and would be there in 20 minutes. Aaron was the tech that showed up and he was great! Also, their prices are much cheaper than some other places. I was very pleased with their service and Aaron's professionalism. This company will definitely be my go to for future electrical issues.

Overall, this was a very good experience and I appreciate the professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Aaron throughout. I look forward to working with Foster Electric again soon.

They were responsive on the phone during initial call and Mary was able to get an appointment very quickly. They called to confirm appt., called again same day and actually were early with our ok. Aaron fixed the issue with our GFCI as were installed incorrectly by previous homeowner. Installed ceiling fan and shortened 2 chandeliers. Also provided information on converting recessed lighting to LED fixtures. He worked efficiently and was very thorough. Received quote on LED conversion within 24 hours. Will definitely use again.

They were very prompt. Finished work on time. They used a ditch witch to dig a trench for the wire. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use again

Aaron was friendly and seemed knowledgeable for the job at hand. During installation on the new line he punched a hole in the drywall below the breaker box about the size of a quarter. He attempted to patch the hole with caulk. I didn't like that fix so I bought a drywall patch kit repaired the hole and painted over the patch. Looks good now.

Once again, Foster Electric did not disappoint. Aaron Perry did a great job in installing my ceiling fan. He was on time, professional and respectful. Thanks Aaron!!

Went very well. Aaron was polite and efficient completing his job. Aaron explained everything he was doing and showing me how to use the new outlets. Foster electric has done other jobs in the past always to our satisfaction.

After quite of bit of troubleshooting, they diagnosed the issue and solved it. Very professional, efficient and got the job done. Would hire again.

Billy came in listened and knew exactly where to go to correct the issue. He maintenanced the wiring and replaced the outlets. Billy finished the job within an hour.

The service person was very polite and answered every question I had. ( I put up the first fan) The price was much better than I had thought. Other companies gave me "well if the wiring is not messed up and we don't have any other problems, it will be about ... There was a small problem with the light portion which he took care of. Also the other estimates were much higher. This company gave me an upfront price, did NOT scare me with the possibility there might be another problem therefore more money. He did the work and was very professional. Will I use them again. Yes, I am very satisfied with this company and their professionalism all the way around.

Foster Electric is truly a reliable entity. We cannot write enough about its people and the team work displayed by Gary, Leo, Jay, and Chase while working in our project. After reading enough reviews we contacted the company to do electrical upgrades in our older home. The experience we observed obligated us to add this review. All members are professional, polite, and reliable to work with. From the initial contact through its completion we had a pleasant experience. First Billy ( the estimator) provided us the estimate, listing in detail the work entails, materials required, time involved, and the options available for the home. He was very courteous and answered all our questions. First day Gary, the team leader, called and gave us enough time prior to his arrival. Thereafter, each day he arrived on time, and explained what he needed to do. He is diligent, conscientious, and devoted to his work at hand. All crew members were attentive to Gary and to be commended for their role as team players. At the end of each day they cleaned up the place before leaving. Mary, the sweet lady at the office we often contacted, scheduled the work in 2 phases. She is a proficient communicator and was always prompt in responding to our questions. We hope Mr. Foster continue working with his good people.

The crew arrived on time and completed the work promptly. The charges were exactly as quoted. The work area was left in clean condition. I am very pleased with their service.
