Paul was excellent from start to finish!

Scott and Billy were very courteous and professional and explained everything they found and what they did to correct it. They were able to be here earlier than expected both days and called before they arrived. In addition to the electrical work, they saw an issue with the heat pump that we didn?t know existed and we were able to get that fixed before it caused a major problem. We highly recommend this company!

Provider examined items andcompleted an Electrical Supply Inspection form which he left with us. Provider was professional and punctual.

Bought two light timers to turn on/off several exterior lights. Thought I'd install them myself. Realized after opening the switch plates that I should probably leave installation to someone who actually knew what they were doing; not a huge DIY person. New to the area and needed someone reliable. Checked out Angie's list and found several electricians close by with good ratings. Had the option of requesting by e-mail for this company. Did so. In a short time had a reply that they could work me in the next afternoon! Promptly arranged my schedule and said, YES! Received a call well before the appointed time stating that they had finished another job early and asking if it would be a problem if they came over early; it was no problem at all. Within about 15 minutes Scott and Billy arrived, introduced themselves, I showed them what i had and where I wanted them, and they went right to work. Put them in, set them for my requested times, picked up their tools, and prepared the invoice. All very professional and efficient. Yes, I would certainly call this company again for future electrical needs. I can see why they have earned the ratings they have on this site. Good work, gentlemen.

Fantastic, absolutely great. I have used this provider three times in the last several months for both my personal home and rental properties and they are consistently good. Friendly, professional and hard-working.

Everyone was wonderful. They were all very nice and the work was done quickly and very well. No mess left behind like other contractors leave. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. I know we will need more things done and Foster Electric will be the first people we call.

It went GREAT! The crew always calls to let you know they are on the way. From beginning to end Scott and Billy were professional, neat and courteous. When I need an electrician, Foster Electric is the only one I call.

The visit went very well. Paul was punctual and called ahead when on the way. He was very thorough in the testing and used the proper tools to test load and grounding. He answered all of my concerns in his findings and was able to deduce that the flickering lights/power was due to insufficient grounding system (it was not up to code), and dimmer switches that were also not properly rated (under powered for the load of LED lamps in the vaulted ceiling). He left a report that showed all the standard systems and tests and their results. There was a section that described the potential remedies to issues. We agreed on the solutions proposed and I asked for a quote for the work. This was Friday. By Monday he had emailed the quote but I had given him an incorrect email address. But when I called a few days later and inquired we checked the addy and he sent it right out with the corrected address. They are now scheduled to return next week to install the updates and changes. I totally trust their knowledge and skills. He was kind, polite, well mannered, and conscious. I look forward to continuing to work with them.

Saw deal for the inspection on Angie's list. We had a few outlets we could not get to work and could not figure out how to reset or reason for problem, so I purchased the deal on a Wednesday, I think it was, and offered 3 days as possible days for them to come - the first being 2 days later - Friday. My husband spoke to Paul, I think it was, and they set the appointment for Friday 11/14/2014 between 10 and 12. They called us about 9:30AM to say they were on their way and were here by 10: Paul Johnson and a younger assistant (I'm sorry I've forgotten his name). They were efficient, thorough and then went over results with us. They found no problems and the outlet problem we had was easily fixed. I will call them for future electrical needs.

Paul Johnson called when he was on his way to my home & arrived at 10 a.m. (had estimated time of arrival between 10-12 noon). He was very polite and clean and proceeded to disconnect the old switch & reinstalled the new 3-way Dimmer switch. He gave me his card and I paid him for his services. He knew what he was doing and did it promptly and efficiently. I would definitely use this company again and would ask for Paul Johnson to come, if possible. He was unaware I had used Angie's List when he told me what the charges were, and, when I told him I got their name from Angie's List, he immediately gave me a discount for a lower price. I was very pleased with Paul Johnson and the work that he did for Foster Electric Company and will be happy to refer anyone to this company.

We asked the provider for an estimate of cost of all repairs and some other things we wanted done. This provider gave us that estimate but it was substantially higher than any of the other bids and we did not use them further.

I have used them several times and they are always punctual and professional and even told me of some other things they could take of when I was ready. They are my go to team for electrical service.

Wonderful. I could not have asked for better service and I would highly recommend them. I will use them in the future for any electrical needs.

Dryer was hard-wired into the wall. We needed to have it moved d/t installation of new flooring. PJ agreed to come on really short notice (at 7:30 in the morning!) right before the flooring company arrived. He replaced the wire with a "piggyback" cord and added an outlet for the dryer. Thank you! Once again, Foster Electric has lived up to its great reputation!

They came very quickly and did the job in a specific time. The price was reasonable. The only problem was the fan keeps on swivelling and they had to come back and fix it. They do pretty good.

Everything went well but scott installed a 220 outlet for my dryer under my water lines for my washer so I moved them afterward for safety reasons. But I'm sure was just an oversight he did very good work.

Scott was able to remove our old range hood in a matter of minutes. He was polite, friendly, and promised to make time for us when we are ready to install a replacement microwave. We were very satisfied with the service and will be calling Foster again when we need them.

It went well. He came and went around the house but didn’t check every outlet. I asked him for a written report, which he emailed me that evening. He did give me information as to how things were changing regarding current electrical codes. I was very surprised at the changes in the codes. He was also very flexible with scheduling and very prompt to our appointment. He estimated the work to be around $3,500.

Foster Electric did an excellent job. PJ and Jay were the two men from Foster working with us. They were thorough, professional, and knowledgable (they knew what they were doing!) we are 100% satisfied and will be using them again for future projects.

Scott arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work without any problems. The new fans work great and the outlet boxes on the front porch were replaced. These boxes were for the lights on each side of the front door. They were both loose but Scott installed new ones and reattached the lights. I also discussed some additional work I plan to get done in the fall. I was very satisfied with the work performed by Foster Electric.

Relocated 2 outlets. Hung two ceiling fans. Replaced one ceiling light. Adjusted exterior light. Added electrical box on exterior. Replaced vanity light.

I was very impressed with this company from my first contact. The company is everything I hoped for and more. The electrician, Jay, was personable, friendly, informative and quickly fixed my problem. He explained what he did to fix the shower light problem and made an excellent recommendation for my light sensor. This company is A+ in my book! I would hire them again in a heartbeat and wish that I had called them sooner. In fact, I've already passed their information on to a friend. So glad to have found them!
