Very well, they arrived on time and completed the work very efficiently, effectively, and came in under the estimate while still doing quality work. These guys (Jay and Caine, for this job) are awesome and they always to a great job.

Awesome! They did the work at two different times per my request. Inside work was done first and outside approximately week later. There should be a A+ rating. The teams were exceptional and the work was great. Very efficient and quick to give suggestions that would save money and discuss the work with you. Billy (estimator) never talked "down" to me just because I am a female. Nor did any of the workers. Very courteous and polite at all times. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone.

Erin was on time and informative about what I needed to keep my home safe. He completed the work in a timely manner, used good judgement and was professional.

This is the second time I have had Foster Electric out to my house in the past couple of months. The first time went extremely well. This time went great again. I wasn't able to be home due to a last minute schedule change and had to go to a conference, but Jay and Gary did everything as expected. I also got unsolicited phone call updates as they were doing the work to let me know what was going on, which I very much appreciated. Again they came in under the quote provided by Billy, which was reasonable in the first place. There was an issue with a damaged glass globe for the ceiling fan (which I provided), and was handled very professionally and promptly through Mary at the office. I've had nothing but a positive experience using Foster. From first/last contact through Mary, initial quote through Billy, work performed by two crews, I have nothing but good things to say about the entire team. Foster is running a well-oiled machine. It's a rarity these days.

They did an amazing job. They came in and completed the work in a timely manner and it didn't cost any more than what was estimated. Great job and great professionalism.

Great service and friendly people. Arron P. came by to fix out a breaker and when that didn't fix our outlet he was quick to go under the house to find the root of the problem. Now we have power to our room again. Had these guys come out again (Arron P. and Rob L.) these guys didn't leave until they made sure I was happy. They are very customer focused.

It was okay. It wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible. It was very, very expensive. They did come and finish but it was not what they had anticipated nor was it what David had anticipated. So, it leaned more towards what we wanted than what they wanted. When they were here, they said, "I'm going to go out to the car and make a phone call." And, the next thing on it, that truck was moving out of our driveway. That's the way they left.

I really can't say enough good things about this crew (Chris, Jay, Gary, Jason and Rob). They were all very pleasant to work with and kept me informed along the way. They were very conscientious of the cost and kept it close to the estimate despite the many, many obstacles they encountered along the way. They also located (and repaired) a few things that were an electrical fire waiting to happen. I really do appreciate the hard work and will be using Foster Electric again for future electrical needs.

Their scheduler was helpful, asked good questions. The electrician, Aaron, called first, got there ahead of time and was really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! He saw right away that one wire wasn't attached. Then determined that the others were reversed. A quick easy fix for him, but would have taken us hours of trial and error.

The office staff was friendly and helpful in scheduling our service. They also confirmed Friday for an 8:00 Monday appointment, and the electrician called this morning to say he was on the way. Jay was prompt, friendly, and quick. I had an antique light fixture installed in our entryway. Since the wiring was old, I wanted a professional to do the install. He also moved the existing fixture from the entryway to our butler's pantry. Overall, not a complex job, but I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Billy came out to do an estimate before the work was completed. He really knew his stuff and was great about communication (calls and text messages were responded to immediately, even after 5 PM). He sent out a free estimate in a very timely manner and on top of that even broke down the estimate into individual job parts so I could pick and choose which work I wanted to have done. Chris, Jason, and Rob came out to complete the work. They were on time, courteous, and professional. More importantly they were more than happy to explain electrical concepts to me and even walk me through what they were doing. On top of that they were all fun to talk to, even had a few laughs. I would wholeheartedly recommend Foster Electric, and even more importantly I'd recommend Chris, Jason, and Rob. Employees like them are what keeps a company thriving. In fact, I've decided to have some more work done in the near future by Foster Electric. They are definitely doing things right. My bill for this current work even came in below the estimate by quite a bit.

Lights went out on my back porch before my big 4th of July party. Foster Electric came out Friday to fix. What a lifesaver. I think the young mans name was Jake.

This company is AWESOME! Billy came out gave us an estimate, he was very polite and on point. All the electricians Chris, Gary, Jay, Caleb, Kane, Jake were all so polite, they completed their work in a timely manner, cleaned up after their selves, and kept a clean work space. They were very thorough. Mary in the office was great at answering questions and giving information. We will defiantly be using this company in the future!

From the initial call, to the estimate and finished job the guys at Foster electric were Great!!!!... Very professional. Billy came out in a timely manner for the estimate and then Chris started the job a few days later... Finished the work in less time than predicted, fixed some things that came up and weren't expected, cleaned up after themselves and even came in under the estimate.... Would highly recommend these guys for any electrical needs you may have
