We finally made the switch to EPB after 15 years with Comcast. Everything went perfectly and we are so happy with our service. EPB is the only way to go if it is available in your area. Service runs us about $200.00 per month for all three packages.....Comcast cost the same. Thanks EBP!

They had to come out on a Sunday. He wore booties when he came into my house to access the problem. He had to move the meter on the outside of the house. He was very nice.......VERY professional.

It was an awesome experience! Best service provider in the USA.

Technician was on time. He also was explaining in detail what he was doing and was very careful with our recently cleaned carpet.

Overall the service was fine. It took some time for the tech to get the work done, but he was very professional and got it working again. My review reflects the overall service of EPB Fiber Optics - and not this one service call.

Contractor showed up on time, did a nice job with the wiring and made sure everything worked. We are happy with their customer service.

The service man that installed it was very polite. We had 2 service calls after that and they came back out in a timely manner and they were very professional and polite. Every time you have any issues (which is rare) you always get to talk to a person. That makes life so much easier than having to push buttons.

Upon further discussion, it was decided that we should wait until the remodel was further along before we had them install. The installer offered to leave supplies for my husband to do it himself if we preferred, but explained there would be no charge for the visit that day and that they didn't mind coming back. He explained why we should wait (no sense in having to redo it if it were messed up in the remodel) and was very courteous and professional as all precious employees have been. They were early for the appointment (other providers have always been late, but not EPB). This was a HUGE improvement over other providers. Every experience we've ever had with EPB has been positive. We tell everyone that if they can get EPB, they should! You won't regret it.

We're so proud having that service. They're almost a hundred times faster and their local service is incredible. They're like a next door neighbour. You don't have to talk to several people before you get to the right person. Anyone who answers the phone can handle your problem. It's an independent company. It's affiliated with our electric power doors which is our electric service. Everybody in our street is now changing into their service. We are so blessed that we have this company in our town that's willing to pick-up the flat. The pricing is very good. It's the same price that we pay for ATand T but much more service. Three service for a one-hundred and fifty eight dollars which is actually cheaper.

The techs did an awesome job! They were on time, polite and anwsered all my questions. They cleaned up and activated my Internet in no time! I def recommend EPB Fiber Optics for the fastest Internet provider.

No more over priced internet service from people who don't care. This company provides high speed internet and personal service. It's nice to support a local company.

Perfectly. Epb has unbelievable customer service, incredible connections at a great price. There is always someone to answer your questions knowledgeably and quickly. Prices are less than our other service. Picture quality is phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about them.

It was wonderful. We had an issue with our internet connection. It cut in and out for some reason, so they came out and left a laptop at our house for like a week to see what was going on and they figured out that our router wasn't the best. They replaced it for free with their own and we've never had an issue again.

I moved here recently from a rural area served only by low-speed, throttled internet service providers. (You know the ones I mean.) I have the cheapest possible, lowest bandwidth internet service from EPB and it is *faster* than advertised, which is already 60 times faster than the fastest internet I have ever had! Wow, wow, wow. Unbelievably great. I've never given 5 stars to anything before EVER but EPB gets 5 stars. I just wish they could expand to surrounding counties. The service people who helped me troubleshoot my router were on time and efficient. You get a real person on the phone when you call customer service, and they know their jobs and understand your issue. This truly is world-class internet service. I've never had internet AND customer service both be this good anywhere else. If only the rest of the USA could catch up!

They sent a professional out to evaluate my late 1970's house. He told me where I was loosing energy. One problem was my undersized A/C unit. They gave me a list of things I could I do myself such as caulking. They also advised me to get a new A/C unit. I got this from Bill Owens. Once he installed it, I called the EPB again. They sent out a professional and he inspected the installation and deemed it top of the line. They EPB then gave me a $500 rebate for updating my home. I would also reccomend the EPB's equalized payment program. This has allowed me to manage my budget, since I know exactly what I am going to pay each month for my electric bill. It's nice because it allows me to predict my monthly payments. Anyone who wants to manage the cost of electricity in their home or upgrade their systems should contact the EPB first. The people who work at the EPB are very kind and very informative.

I had enough with dish network and ATand T for cable and Internet service. I went with our local provider for Internet and cable. EPB Fiber Optics see is a great service to have. They do not run promotions or sales, when you have an issue you talk to someone from Chattanooga. The service and support have both been excellent. If your tired of the games with dish, directv and Comcast. Call EPB IN CHATTANOOGA.

When we moved to the area EPB was the talk of the town with gigabit speed internet on-tap. After investigating availability, pricing, and installation we made the decision to try them out. On the first call to customer service a person answered that is located in Chattanooga (this made me very happy). They were able to let us know that our home was already wired for their service (the previous owner had subscribed) and they could have ours active in two days. (That was the time for a technician to arrive and inspect/test all the TV and internet jacks in the house.) When the tech arrived with identification and introduced himself we were pleased that he was respectful of our home, put on boot covers, and proceeded to explain what we was going to do prior to navigating the house. He inspected every service jack and replaced those that did not pass the throughput test with his equipment (two were replaced out of fourteen). Once that was completed he tested the bandwidth speed and latency. 50Mbps subscribed rate, tested at 58Mbps - bonus.The internet service is stellar - fastest I've ever used! The unique offering EPB has in symmetrical upload/download speeds up to a gigabit. Most providers will offer you 50Mbit down/10Mbit up - not this one.. they offer 50Mbit down/50Mbit up. Amazingly fast, and affordable (approx. $59/month). For those who want faster you can also get 100Mbit, 300Mbit, or 1000Mbit speed service.The TV service is also impressive. The channel selection is great, service quality is crystal clear (all fiber optic network) and price is less than the competition (FiTV Silver for $44/month). No price increases for either service after the first year - it stays the same.Great provider, great service, great price (compared to the competition).

The Electric Power Board provides good service. I will continue using their service.

Called the customer support number and a human, rather than an automated operator, answered the line. They gave me options of when they would come out and it was a 3 hour window rather than any time during the day. The service tech called ahead of time to confirm and they were there on the specified time. They installed, gave instruction, had covering on their shoes the entire time so as to not track up the floor, and were courteous.

I have no complaints and their price is about the same as other competitors. I will use them again in the future.
