In order to qualify as a preferred contractor, Eldridge Service Company had to meet a stringent list of requirements to achieve this status. This was the second time I used them . Like the first time, I advised them of the problem. They came out promptly and fixed the problem without trying to up sale me on anything. I like a non pushy business.
