They checked it for me and it was my struts. They repaired my struts for free because it was under warranty. It took about three days total to fix the problem after I was in and out of the shop. Once they figured out what was wrong, it took about hour to replace the struts. I have been using them for at least fifteen years.

They make sure that my tires and what ever needs to be done, they do it. They are good so I like them. If they do an oil change and they find something else, it is on the print out and they let you know. They had mentioned something to me when I had my oil change and I went back and fixed it. I think my headlight went out and fixed something else. They do good work and they are friendly too. They explain everything to you and they show it to you too. The old parts, new parts, they are good.

I brought my Subaru outback to east ridge auto alignment 3 months ago to have the timing belt replaced as my car was just over 100k miles. Fast forward 3 months later and the timing belt tensioner breaks going down the freeway. I had it towed back to the shop to diagnose the problem. Well after doing a ton of research and calling other shop "Gates" the supplier sells a timing belt kit that is suggested that has belt, tensioner, idler, and water pump all in one. I'm not a mechanic and trusted the shops knowledge to do what's best. Well it was never mentioned at the time of service that I should use the kit (no additional labor cost). Now I'm out the estimated $1500 for replacement and to fix the valves that were damaged as a result of jumping time. Shop owner refused to take any responsibility. I was told to be happy with a $70 discount (cost of diagnostic fee).

Overall, we were pleased with the work they did.

Of all the places that I have been to, to have my oil changed, these people are exceptionally knowledgeable and nice. It's a family run business, I have only been there once, and I went there because the place I used to go to had a line out to the street. I pulled into East Ridge, I waited less than five minutes, and I went in. They checked my vehicle from bumper to bumper, and I felt very confident, because they were telling me everything they were doing, and they were very nice to me as a new customer.

They did a great job and they don't overcharge for the service. They are good honest people. I was very pleased with the service. It took me a long time to find them but I found somebody that I can trust now. Another place wanted $725 to replace the power steering pulley and they did it for $75. My wife has a Toyota Corolla and she was told she needed a new rack and pinion system. I took it to them and they looked at it and said that there was nothing wrong with it. They said she had a leak a one of the steering lines and they fixed it for $25 whereas the other company wanted $1,200. I was very well satisfied with the last service. They will tell me what needs to be done and if they tell me then it does need to be done; they aren't going to lie to me. I will go to them for everything that I need done on my vehicle.

I found them on Angies List. . Price wise I find that their labor rates were actually exactly less than others that I looked upon. Quality wise they were highly graded on Angies List already and they kept it up to those standards far as I was concerned. As for punctuality I did not have any negative experience. I was there only during their business hours. I will use them in the future.

I had just bought a new set of tires for my vehicle a day or two before and needed to get the front end aligned. I had previously taken the vehicle to another shop for an estimate for an alignment and was told I would need to buy several parts and labor altogether was going to run about $300. Quite frankly, I didn't believe that estimate was right and carried the vehicle to East Ridge Auto Alignment the next morning. After inspection, they said they felt all the vehicle needed was an alignment since there were a lot of replaced parts already on the front end. This was in stark contrast to the other place I had taken the vehicle to. So, I had them perform the front end alignment and the work was finished in 30 to 45 minutes. They conducted their business professionally from the initial inspection to performing their work. So far, I am happy with the service received and would do business with them again if the situation warranted it.

Work was done in a professional, correct manner, at less than the Dealer or Tire Store. Am a repeat customer and I do recommend this business for your Auto Service needs. One of the best ever encountered is this part of the country.

I called East Ridge Alignment before I took my car over, and the service rep gave me prices over the phone for those services I needed. I took the car over and the work was done in about an hour and fifteen minutes. They have a comfortable waiting room so this was not a problem. Everyone was friendly, and I am very satisfied with their quality of work. Regarding my brakes, they said that they were fine and did not need replacement. This honest and friendly shop will get my future business.

The water in my area was up before i could move my car. At the time I feared the worse. After the water receded I had the car towed to the garage. I was lucky that the water did not get into my engine. They kept it a week and a half to dry it out and to get the electrical system working again. I have been using this facility for 20 years and they have always provided quality work at a reasonable price.
