This was one of several companies I gathered estimates from to replace my windows. When the rep came out, he noticed that I had gutter guards installed on my home. It turns out it was done by this same company. The rep stated that he could give me a better price since I was a previous customer. After showing him my windows, he sat down and made a phone call to his office to see what the best price was that they could offer me. He quoted me a price and jotted it down on his business card. The price was for financing and I informed him I wouldn't be financing. He took the business card back and wrote another price on it. He never once wrote out an actual estimate form. The only thing he gave me was his business card with the price quote on the back. I don't do business with a company that doesn't provide a detailed description of materials and the work to be done. I shouldn't have to ask for a written estimate either. Needless to say, I didn't hire them to install my windows.
