 + 1 moreThey are very professional. They are great to do business with. I have been working with them for 5 years. The installers and the sales design people all did a great job. The foreman that was overseeing the work was kind of a pain to deal with as he was trying to rush the installers but other than that they did a great job. They have had great follow up after the service as well.
Description of Work: I have purchased every product that they sell including a steel roof, siding, and gutter gaurds. They most recently put on the roof.

 + -1 moreI unfortunately didn't follow my rule of not making a decision the same day and was won over by the slick sales methods of the salesman with a good personality. Looking back, the sale was high pressure with "must make deal today to get this discounted price". The salesman didn't leave me with the paperwork that said I could cancel within three days. He instead had it brought to me by the installer several days later. Very suspicious in the least. The product was attic insulation only, which was installed poorly on the attic rafters. I had to make several calls to get a service person out to fix where it was falling. (Even though the salesman left me his card, he would not return my calls after the sale.) Eventually after several service calls to the president of the company a service person said it was installed incorrectly and they installed it on the floor. It was a hastle dealing with the company after the sale, and I realized too late that I was drastically overcharged . The quality of the product is probably fine, but the quality of their workmanship is very poor.

 + -1 moreInstallation smooth and satisfactorry. Product worked as advertised. Sales people used lot's of verbal pressure to get you to agree to purchase.Product is quite expensive even after they gave a hefty discount.
Description of Work: Furnished and installed Gutter Guard on home.

 + -1 moreThey gave us an estimate but I didn?t like them because the salesperson used very high pressure to try to sell the product. They started out with a high price, and when you didn?t accept, they kept coming down in price, and then tried to convince you that you had to sign up right away. They were okay in the beginning but the pressure increased gradually. I liked their product though. I wouldn?t use them in the future.
Description of Work: We used Dixie Home Crafters / Gutter Guardian to give us an estimate for the gutter guard.

Description of Work: I did not use this company after the overbearing sales pitch. The price was extreme and the man wasted over 2.5 hours of my time. He would only give me the quoted price if I signed a contract right then. After he left I searched online for reviews and found numerous posts by people that had the same sales pitch and experience as I did. I obviously do not know about the quality of the product since I did not use this company but I am wary of any company that insists on signing a contract the same day a quote is done. The first estimate was over $5000 for Gutter Guardian and before he left he was offering close to $3400 and then half of that to do just the front of the house.
