Dish Network Chattanooga

I used Dish Network services for several months when I ordered the new service called the Hopper. When I got my first bill I noticed they charged me more so I called and was told that to get the Hopper I had to upgrade my service to a higher cost plan. I was not informed of that and to compensate me I was offered 1/2 price for some premium stations. I agreed to keep the service. After a while I receive notice that the 1/2 price would expire so I called and pleaded to stay on the 1/2 price as I am on a limited income and was refused. I decided to change services as I was not happy with the service and the Hopper was not as beneficial to me as I had assumed. They charged my credit card for a termination fee telling me I signed a contract to the effect that if I cancelled early they could do so. I asked for a copy of the contract as I did not remember seeing any such statement or a contract for that matter and I was never advised I was on a 2 year contract. When they emailed me a copy of the contract the signature on it is not mine, not even close. I did not sign it. I am disputing the charge.
