 + -1 moreMy overall experience with them was great. They were fine. The results worked. There really wasn't any communication. It was taken in by a clerk. They told me that was what would happen, and unfortunately it did. It was fine. It wasn't anything special or anything bad.
Description of Work: I used Desktop Solutions Inc for computer repair. It's a drop-off place. The computer was basically not operational. They cleaned it up completely and reinstalled from Windows. We started from ground zero because we couldn't find anything else that was causing it.

 + -1 moreThey are really professional. The only thing I don't like is sometimes it takes a long time to get the part. They are knowledgable and try to help find cost saving solutions. They care and want to do the job cheaper.
