CROSS CUT TREE SERVICE

We were told we could pay anyhow we wanted. At the end of the day we were asked if we could get them some cash (work was not completed). We paid them $500 of a $750 contract. They were to return the next morn. and clean up the mess left behind (they left their caterpillar loader) . Next day no show . Next day got a call wanting to know if he could get the rest of the money , reply sure as soon as this mess is cleaned up . Could hear the sadness in his voice .Me and my 11 year old daughter spent 5 days cleaning the mess they left behind (looked like a war zone).But overall it was a bargain to get the trees cut ,(one was huge and close to the house).If it hadn't all been piled up on top of each other , would have been easier . Also the mover (caterpillar) caused quite a bit of damage (torn up yard, stone flower bed retainer walls trashed, etc.).if you hire these guys, don't pay until work is complete. All in all the actual workers were really good at what they do, which is cut trees.

Cross Cut Tree Service cut down a tree for us. They were to remove a limb off another tree, but they only removed half of the limb. They never did come back to finish the work. I would not use them again.
