About us

We are a full-service animal damage control service offering animal removal, exclusion and repair services. We have 5 employees; four are certified wildlife technicians. We are licensed by the States of Tennessee and Georgia to trap, remove and transport nuisance wildflife species, including snakes and other reptiles--permit numbers 720 and 90321 respectively. We rarely use sub-contractors, but do refer our customers to appropriate vendors when we think it in the customer's best interest. We will inspect a home or business for free when the source of the problem is undetermined. We charge a service call fee which covers all trips required to resolve the issue. Trapping is on a per head basis or a flat fee according to customer preferences. A one year warranty on all exclusion work is standard, with extended warranties available for an annual charge. We are fuly insured for our customer's protection. We are available 24 hours a day every day of the year for emergency response (i.e. a wild animal in human living/working space). Critter Control is the nations leading nuisance wildlife removal firm, serving customers since 1982. Trained biologists, entomologists and anti-cruelty experts on staff.
