Awful! Manager was not here to speak with and was only able to be reached by phone by staff!!!!
Description of Work: Had phone repaired as well as purchased 2 mobile phone mini brackets. Bought on the 4th of December and came into return them on the 7th for the product would not stick to my phone, dropping phone continuously. I was told the opened product was ineligible for return and secondary unopened bracket would be a 30% restocking fee! Unbelievable! Will not be using them for any future issues with my phones or purchases for this is not honorable! Receipt has no mention of their return policy nor would you think they would not assume any responsibility for a faulty product!
