+ -1 moreTook 2 weeks to get an appointment with service technician. Service scheduled for and quot;first appointment of the dayand quot; (business opens at 8:30am). After 2 hours and 2 phone calls to the business inquiring on the status of my service tech, I was finally told by the lady handling service calls, and quot;I still haven't heard from him.and quot; I cancelled and scheduled my repair with another company. Too bad we CONSUMERS can't send this company...ahem, CONSUMER SERVICE COMPANY??? a bill for wasting our time!

Description of Work: Door on Bosch dishwasher would not close. Called Bosch service service most unhelpful ,they told me to get a new one as it would cost far too much to repair . I lucky enough to meet a sales person while looking for a new dishwasher who suggested I call Consumer Service Co. first and ask their advice. When I called Conumer Service they told me they would send out a qualified Biosch repairman,they did and he was just fantastic. He could see that it was not a big job,so repaired the latch and thought it did not need a new one.Work guranteed for 30 days
