This was a professional team very attentive to perfection. I had my deck rebuilt and extended and it was done beautifully also had master bathroom remodeled and the work is beautiful and high quality expertise, they were awesome would highly recommend them.

We noticed that our front porch posts were beginning to show water damage (rot) in a few of the bases. They have been up for 29 years so we were not surprised. We went through Angi to find a few contractors to give us quotes to either repair or replace them. The guys from CM Tile and Remodeling gave the most detailed estimate and helpful advice. Francesco, Victor and Carlos were outstanding. They were polite, punctual, professional and informative throughout the entire process. When they discovered that the water damage existed in the header of the ceiling, they quickly made us aware of the problem and promptly proposed solutions. We elected to replace all the posts with posts made of PVC to prevent this issue in the future and had them repair the porch ceiling issue. All of this was done in a timely fashion and in my opinion, at a reasonable price. Finally, they cleaned up the job site every day while they were here. We cannot be more satisfied with their performance.

Was able to get to the rescreening of my porch quickly and reasonably priced. They were very thorough and completed it in a few hours. They even cleaned the aluminum frame while the screen was off. Would definitely hire again.

I had my deck stairs and gate at the top of deck stairs replaced. Also had the French door coming from the kitchen to the deck replaced. CM Tile Remoldeling did a fabulous job, and I am extremely pleased with their work. The guys were polite, hard workers who aim to please the homeowner. At first, I wanted boards replaced that had fallen off and some panels in the roof overhang that the wind blew out needed to be installed. Due to the height of the porch, scaffolding had to be installed. Francesco recommended rehabilitating the porch to the current design, stained the porch and the wood, and replaced the flooring which had weak places. Now my porch looks new,

Francesco and his team did an amazing job. I initially had them fix a deck that needed to be fixed but they also were able to install a new water heater for me as well. They are an amazing one stop shop that are fast and efficient. The quality of work is amazing and everyone is friendly.

Francesco and team won me over when they fixed a screen door while refinishing my deck. They go above and beyond, show up on time and perform excellent work. Iâ ll be bringing them back for a bathroom remodel.

With the all the small jobs that I had. I thought it would be hard to find all the different people to do them. But when Francesco called and I explained about the one job I inquired about. He asked if I needed anything else and I told him about the other jobs and he said he could do majority of them(had 5â they did 4) that day and I was like kool. They did an excellent job on my porch. They repaired the rotten wood, stained it to match, and did it quickly and efficiently. Couldnâ t be happier!

Francesco and his team were prompt, attentive, hard-working, knowledgable and skilled. They managed to fit me in and finish the job (screening in a porch and other carpentry work) quickly. The results exceeded my expectations and I wld recommend them highly!
