+ -1 moreWe had a repair done on our heat pump, and they advised that it was questionable how long the fan would hold up, so we could possibly expect another problem. We asked it we'd be better to replace, he gave us all info but did not push us either way. When the fan did start acting up, we opted to replace the unit -- within 2 days they were there with our new heat pump, and worked far into the evening so that we would be comfortable rather than roast in the hot steamy weather. Very professional, very informative, and very dedicated to doing the job the right way & making sure that the customer was satisfied.
Description of Work: Repaired a problem with our heat pump, and eventually replaced it.
