Crew was fast and efficient. They were able to cut down a large tree in my back yard that was fenced in without any issues. They even cleaned limbs from our roof before leaving.

It went well. Trimming those trees opened up for sunlight and also will protect roof.

Tricky location wasn't an issue at all as these guys had the right equipment at the right price--showed up precisely within quoted time frame to look at project, again when services to be performed (was a half day project with no time wasted getting after the work to be done). Very mindful of large equipment on premises and in yard; crew asked to be sure trimmed branches matched what had been quoted. Extremely satisfied and will use again (have already recommended--successfully in enabling other jobs to be done) to friends and coworkers!

Excellent service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing tree service. Very pleased with everyone involved in the process - from the office personnel that took my call; the person who came to my home to provide the bid; and the crew who removed the tree and stump.

They were prompt in giving a bid on the job. They arrived when promised, did the work, cleaned up and left. They continued to ask for specifics as they worked. We have used them before and will again if needed.

Three young guys showed up with a convoy of equipment, a crane, chipper and a stump grinder. They were obviously experienced and each knew his role. All the trees were lifted from their locations as they were cut, swung straight to the chipper and then the stumps were eliminated. They cleaned everything up and were gone in about 4 hours or less. No drama, just pleasant and competent. I called them originally to take out 5 trees but added 2 more after they were here. If I need more tree work, and I probably will, I will call them again.

Arrived on same day I called and came out and gave me a estimate. Scheduled same week and arrived on time and completed job as I instructed them to. No issues or problems. Would recommend and use again in the future,

These young men were very impressive. They used a huge crane to remove the tops of the trees and dead branches and never hit a wire as they took it over the top of my house to the street where they ground it up. They removed all the debris and cleaned everything up. I hope I never need them again but would definitely call them if I did. I was in total awe as they worked.

Chattanooga Tree Service did a great job. It was a professional job from the estimate process through completion. They were consultative during the estimate, offering advice on needs and potential services, and most of all, they were ON TIME during both the estimate and the job. As a very busy person with many obligations, I appreciate promptness and honoring commitments very much. Everything went very smoothly and I could not be more satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Excellent. Arrived on time to do the quote and the work It was not a wide open area, so access to the trees was difficult. Everything went perfectly. Three dead trees were cleared. There was no damage to the sprinkler system or the grass and everything was left clean.

Arrived on time. Asked what I wanted done. I asked them to cut back more and they did. Cleaned up.

We have had other tree service companies that have cut down trees for us in the past but will never use anyone but Chattanooga Tree Service in the future. The quality of service from the first point of contact with Cheryl in their office all the way to the guys who performed the work was exceptional. They kept us informed when work had to be delayed due to inclimate weather and when they came out to do the work, they were extremely punctual. The guys were courteous, professional and each one of them knew exactly what their responsibility was. They took great care to ensure that our lawn wasn't damaged by the crane they had to drive into the yard and unlike many companies, when Chattanooga Tree says they will clean up before they leave, they mean it. We highly recommend this company.

Four men came out at the requested time 8:30 am. I took pictures at each stage of their performance. I started looking at my soaps and forgot to take the last pictures and before I knew it they were preparing the truck for the removal of the tree. At 1:30 they were disolving the stump and by 2:00 pm the job was finished and with the cleanup. The only negative thing was i did not get an invoice nor did they take the discount for the Angie's list 5% off the first 600 dollars. I forget and so did they. I would use them again.

Chattanooga tree service showed up when they said they would with the proper equipment, a high ranger bucket truck, a crane and an awsome chipper. They were very professional, polite and cleaned up every thing before they left. I was vey pleased with the job and price and would not hesitate to use them again.

I called a lot of people & they'd make an appointment & not show up. Finally I called this company. They came out right away. Mr. Pratt, the owner of the business, came out & spoke with me. He was very cordial & seemed very trustworthy. He included other options in his pricing which I liked. He was on time & did what he said he'd do & did it well. I'd definitely call him again. It's a family business which I really liked too. They didn't make a mess & they were very, very courteous to me. Because I found him on Angie's List, he gave me 5% off as well!

I called to schedule an estimate and they scheduled one within days. The rep called before showing up for the estimate on the day scheduled. The rep was very professional and took his time with me discussing what I wanted done and asking questions and making suggestions. He then gave me a quote and said they could get to the job within 2 weeks. After about a week the company called and asked if the next day was ok. They did everything I asked, cleaned up very well, and charged me what they quoted. Altogether it was a very good experience.

This was a difficult assignment, with heavy high branches, hard to get to, with the house beneath some heavy removals. They were very well equipped, on time, worked professionally, carefully cleaned up afterwards, and at my request they left a load of wood chips at a place of my choice for me to use as mulch next spring. Highly recommend.

They did a thorough job, cleaned up and did it all in one day. They didn't break anything.

They arrived at the stated time and finished all the work in about 4 to 5 hours. Fast and efficient. Only complaint: the chipper leaked hydraulic fluid on the driveway and they promised to come back and clean it up but have yet to do so.

They came on time and were fast. They had the equipment that were needed and got it done quickly. They told me ahead of time what they were going to do and they explained it thoroughly. They cleaned out their mess, swept the driveway, blew off the driveway and left the place looking nice, despite the fact that they had large equipment they had to use to come out to remove the trees.
