June 4 Checked air conditioner- found defrost board defective. $85 They had to search for one because of make Finally found one and installed afternoon of June 13 $202 I have no idea if the price was okay or not. It seemed like I had to keep checking with them to get anything done

Chattanooga Heating and Air Conditioning has always treated me fairly. Long time customer. Just had third heat pump installed. All of the employees have been good to work with - responsible and trustworthy.

Called for troubleshooting and fixing furnace to main floor of house. Super fast service, arrived within hour of calling for repair. We have older furnace but they found blower motor and other needed parts fast. Happy and warm by end of day, great company!

Punctual and precise! Found the exact problem advised us on prices to fix and pricing of replacing entire unit. After only 2 visits to our home the problem was found and a new unit installed at a price better than our "friend" had quoted us. Would recommend highly, very fast and clean.

He came over the very next day and fixed my AC. He called an followed up with me to make sure the compressor was working correctly. I have since received my electric bill and it was $100 less than previous months and I had not changed the thermostat. He is awesome. He tells you the truth takes care of the problem quickly and is very nice.

They showed up and looked at the units. Verbally told us and recommended to replace both, giving us a verbal estimate on the cost for repair. 3 days later a bill for $85.00 showed up at our house letting us know this would be waived if we installed a new unit. We never received a written estimate either. When we talked to the company they mumbled something about a coupon on Angie's list (for 10% off). I was never informed that there was a charge to do an estimate. We have had work done all throughout our house this year and not one contractor or provider charged us to come out for an estimate. Although I know they have the right to do whatever, they should advise people of the costs up front. We will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

The technicians arrived on time, performed a thorough check on both units, gave me a copy of the results, were very professional, the price was very reasonable. I have used this company for over five year because of their outstanding service and reasonable prices.

We have used them for eight or nine years since we purchased our home. We are pleased with their service and will continue to use them in the future.

Their rate is $65 for the first half hour and $50 for every hour after that. We complained because it was a new unit, but we haven't seen our bill yet. My girlfriend has used them in the past, so they have to be pretty good. The first time out the guy couldn't find the house, but it is a little difficult to find.
