+ -1 moreWanted half of cost up front; then two weeks in, another 3rd; and when complete, the remaining balance. Tyler's crew came and did not quite 1/3 of the work in 2 1/2 weeks, to collect the 2nd draw, and then disappeared taking our money and NEVER completing the job! Filed a complaint with the court system and was told they 'could not find him' to serve papers.
Description of Work: Was hired to replace a retaining wall, 75 ft long with waves.
