It went extremely well. David was on time, professional, very pleasant, knew what he was doing and worked efficiently.

When I first called David, I left a message, and he called me back promptly. He showed up when he said he would, was efficient and pleasant to communicate with. He wasted no time with getting to the work and finished it in a timely manner. I would DEFINITELY call on him again for any other jobs that I need help with. What impressed me was David's professionalism. Even though it was a small job, he treated it in an important manner. I highly recommend hiring him.

David is a god send! He was professional, reliable and affordable. He installed security lights around my house, a closet light, and fixed two doors that didn't shut. I will use him agian!

He was very nice. He came to me within a day of the estimate to check on couple of things. He was very personable and I would definitely recommend him.

David swung by a few weeks ago for a quick estimate. We got a few others but his ended up being the best. He got us on his schedule and showed up in the early afternoon to install the ladder. The job took him and his helper several hours but it was very well done and they cleaned up well.

Everything was done professionally and was perfect. Highly recommend him for any type of repairs around a house as he has lots of experience renovating old homes.

The plumber suggested first replacing the gasket, or O-ring seal to see if that corrected the problem. He asked that I call back if the drip continued overnight and he would return to replace the entire control valve cartridge. The drip continued, so I call back the following day and he returned with the part and replaced the cartridge in about 10 minutes. The charge for the second visit was only for the shower part; no labor charges were incurred during the second visit.

Immediately returned my call. Fair estimate. Punctual and cleaned up each of the three days. Detail oriented. Plan to hire him for further work.

David worked in a quiet and timely manner. He completed the bathroom work in two days. He painted the bathroom and touched up the grout around the tub. He removed a door and installed a door jam. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. I would use his services again.

We used Chattanooga Handyman to repair the facia on our home before selling our home. He was the first of 4 providers to return my call and the only one to show up that same day to give me a quote for the service. His quote was less than half of another Handyman, and he did it within one day. He was quick to respond, professional, fairly priced and hassle free. I would definitely use his him again!

David is a very hard worker & does fantastic work. He always arrives when he says he will. We were extremely happy with the finished work.

His pricing did not vary from his written quotation. He was ALWAYS on time and put in 8 hour days until the job was finished. He exceeded our expectations and he cleaned up after himself at the end of the day. This is one busy guy! It took about a month for him to get to our projects but he told me that upfront and he did get here. He installed a new kitchen sink. Some of the screws were backing out of an aluminum roof on a pole barn and rotting the wood under it, so he bought caulking and screwed those back down with the caulking, sealing them. Also, some crows for two years now, found a way to get in the soffit on one structure and they made quite a home there. He cleaned that out washed the side of the building and sealed the hole where the birds were getting in. Unfortunately, when he cleaned the bird poo of the side of the structure, it took off a bit of the paint, but he came out and put fresh paint over those areas - it looks fine now. (After he finished and had loaded up, we noticed one place they had missed in painting. He did the right thing -took the ladder back off the truck, got out the paint brush and did it...kudos to him for doing the right thing.) He also replaced a shingle over one structure. I was pleased with his work.

David was prompt and professional. He brought all parts he might need so he did not waste any time. He fixed the problem within an hour.

We met once, discussed what needed to be done and I left the rest up to David. He finished the work in a very timely manner, gave me a report by email, charged my Paypal account and that was it. He did excellent work and his charges were reasonable. Most of all, I feel that I can trust him for all jobs in the future. Priceless!

He is very professional and reasonable on how much he charges. I highly recommend him and the only wish I have is that there were about 3 of him at once.

Amazing: David arrived on time and began work immediately. He brought his own tarps and made sure that the work area was restored to pre-project condition. He was very thorough and double-checked his work. He finished the job in record time. I am very impressed. In addition, he is one of the few contractors that actually takes credit cards. This is important to me because it is a deciding factor in whether I can hire someone or not.

David was very professional and timely. We had several holes in the roof from a tree that fell during a storm. David came out and did an estimate, we agreed to the work, and he insisted we didn't pay him anything until we were happy with the work. He did a fantastic job. Just after the roof work was done, we had several days of heavy rain. No leaking at all. And he said if we ever had a problem with it to call him back. I will not hesitate to call him again when I need some work done.

It couldn’t have been better. He was extremely good! He did a lot of general stuff around the house. He was very nice and did good quality work. The price included the labor and materials and was right under $900.00. I will be hiring him again in the future!

David Young returned my initial phone call within a short time and he agreed to come and provide the services I requested even though they were not a major task. We agreed on a time and date. David phoned me before he arrived around the approximate time we agreed. upon. He got to work right away and was very professional and very neat. His price was satisfactory and very affordable. It was great to have these changes done and I know I can reply on a very professional handyman for whatever needs may arise. I highly recommend him.

David is responsive to email and almost everything was arranged via email which is easier for me with my schedule. I met him about a week before he was scheduled to come out to provide him with a sample of my siding for color matching. He was able to match it. I can't tell which pieces of siding are the old ones and which are the new ones. He also managed to reattach a piece of fascia that had blown off and screw down some shutters that were falling off. He left the extra pieces of siding for me in case I need repair done again in the future. My original request to him was to replace two pieces of siding but he actually replaced three and told me that another one was also cracked so he just took care of it (no extra charge). I had asked to have a second story shutter secured and he noticed that another one was also loose and fixed it. I am extremely happy with the work performed and would recommend him to anyone needing some work done. I am looking forward to working with David again in the future.

The pricing has been very good. There is nothing that I dislike about him and my client is very happy. He is very honest and trustworthy. His responsiveness is very good.
