The company scheduled service for the day after we called, but the service man didn't show up. We called the next day and they apologized, saying their technician got sick and re-scheduled for the next day. He came when he said he would and did a good job. I gave them a B on responsiveness because no one called us to let us know the technician wasn't coming.

The door was repaired in a very responsive and quality manner. Both Bill and Tom were very professional and interested in quickly resolving my problem. I would definitly use Chattanooga door in the future for any garage door problems. The only somewhat negative was the price, which appeared to be high for what they did. However, the repair service was so good and the people so responsive and professional, I did not mention it.

I found this door company on Angie's List and called them due to outstanding reviews. They did not disappoint in any way shape or form. We could not be more pleased with their pricing, professionalism, and quality of work. I called to ask for an estimate and a rep was at our house within two hours. My wife and I highly recommend Chattanooga Doors!!!

They arrived when they said, did what they said, and charged what they said. They were punctual, professional and friendly. They did an excellent job from an accurate estimate. Also, the scheduling and office personnel were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

We have had 3 doors with them, 2 installed at our house and 1 installed at our rental house. They were very reasonable and the insurance paid for it. They are our go to.

Bill (the owner) came out promptly and gave us a very competitive estimate, was throrough, and answered all of our questions. We ordered our door, and it came in when promised. They immediately scheduled our installation and Tom (the installer) came out a got started right away. He was finished by mid-day, and gave us instructions on using the new openers, even setting up my car with the new opener. He also said if we needed any help in syncing the codes to any other car to stop by the shop and they would help us.Overall, great service, and delivered what was promised. An excellent experience!

They did a great job. They had a qualified technician who did a good job. I would use them again in the future if need be.

After doing some research on Angie's list, and after getting a quote from a local home improvement store, I called Chattanooga Door and spoke to Bill who came out the next day, measured the garage opening and gave me an estimate on the type of door that I wanted. I was interested in a door that had polyurethane insulation instead of polystyrene because the R-values are higher, and my garage is attached to the house. The home improvement store did not carry polyurethane insulated doors. Surprisingly, the quote Bill gave me for a double garage door was very close to the home improvement store quote and for a much better insulated door. I was able to choose the style, windows, etc. for the Wayne Dalton door that I ordered. It took about a week for the door to come in, and it was installed about three days later. John, the installer, arrived early and completed the job in a few hours. He has about 20+ years as an installer and did a great job. Everyone that I spoke to at Chattanooga Door was very personable and they definitely know "garage doors." They have been in business in this area for a number of years, and they sell a very good product. All garage doors are not alike, and I would definitely recommend that you call Chattanooga Door if you are in the market for a good insulated garage door.

It went very wll. As promised and on time.

One of the two door opening springs (double wide door) broke. The other spring was brand new. I contacted them to replace only one spring and supplied all of the measurements. I was told that it was $135 for one and that they don't like to replace only one. They recommend replacing both, but since one of the springs was recently replaced by the previous home owner, I wanted just to replace the broken one. Both would be $195. When I got home from work that afternoon I found out that they had replaced both and charged us $195. I called to complain and to at least get my other new spring back. I was told that the other spring had been discarded. I complained that I felt that they had taken advantage of my wife while I wasn't there. They called back very promptly and told me that that was not the case. The message hadn't gotten to their repair man and he did the normal replacement of both springs. They also told me that they hadn't cashed my check and if I would write them a check for the agreed upon price of $135 that we could gladly exchange checks. I did so and am very pleased with their professional attitude toward the whole matter. I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs garage door repair or installation. I called seven (7) different companies here in the Chattanooga area and their estimate was the lowest and service the fastest.
