Description of Work: installed sliding windows in sun room. They were punctual, professional and courteous. They came back a few years later and replaced windows that had lost their gases for only the service charge. A few years ago they installed a doggie door for us which is also guaranteed.

Description of Work: The sales rep came out and gave me a demo of their product and them measured for a quote. The product quality was great, but the price totally didn't align with the value of the home.the salesperson didn't seem to have lower cost options to share. Overall I walked away far more knowledgeable about windows.

Description of Work: We had weather damage to the house, windows, etc. due to severe straight line winds in March 2012. I had damage to the sliding glass door Champion had put in the previous fall. They were prompt in responding for the estimate and just as prompt repairing the door/window. Pretty much everything I've had them do has been excellent workmanship. I would definetely use them for future projects.

+ 0 moreChampion said they would have their installer arrive at 8:30 AM and that is exactly when he arrived. He was very congenial and explained what he was going to do during the installation. He answered any questions I had. He began the installation by covering the counter in the kitchen where the three windows were going to be installed. He checked everything and then used his circular saw on the outside of the house and cut the Masonite siding and the flange that held the 30 year old double paned windows. He and his assistant then lifted the window out of the wall from the outside. He insulated all the open areas and set the new Champion Windows into the open sill. He then made sure the window was set correctly in the sill and sealed the inside and out with calk. He was very careful not to make a mess. I asked questions as he did the installation and he answered them very effectively. After the window was sealed, he wiped off all residue and washed the windows until they sparkled. He then went to the exterior door to the deck. He removed the storm door, removed the exterior door hardware and removed the old door. I told him I wanted to use the same hardware we currently had and he said that was no problem. He installed the new Champion Door and meticulously measured to make sure that it fit correctly and that no openings occurred at the door joints. He instructed me on how to make adjustments to the door frame should the house settle. He then reinstalled the storm door and made sure that it worked properly. During the whole construction period he and his assistant made sure the work area was clear. After the construction was completed he and his assistant cleaned the area and neither I nor my wife had to clean up anything including saw dust when they left.
Description of Work: We had Champion Windows install one picture window, two double hung windows and one exterior door. The installation was completed by Mike Jenkins who did an excellent job.
