+ -1 moreThey have been pretty responsive. They were here last month. The first time they installed it the door kept flopping open and would make the alarm go off.

replacement windows
+ -1 moreIt went very well. The installers were on time, worked well as a three man team and completed the job quickly. The product and workmanship were excellent on the installation. The installlers cleaned up upon completion of the work and you could not tell they had been here. The service/repair man came the same day and completed repairs to the door very quickly and effectively. The company followed up on both projects to be sure we were satisfied.
Description of Work: The company installed five new windows in our house and repaired an existing sliding door that was several years old.
