Excellent! The screened porch had to be tied to my existing pitched roof. The quality of construction is first rate. I was provided with a detailed estimate of my project and it was followed to a T. Communication throughout the project was what I expected. It was completed on time. We get compliments on our porch and people are surprised when we tell them that it is an addition because it looks like a part of the house. Casey was extremely helpful helping with the design and material suggestions while being sensitive to my budget concerns. Great guy who hires hard workers.

Totally new design. Had a slight issue with the design but Casey promptly took care of it with no expense to us. Everyone loves the deck!

Construction was slowed somewhat by inclement weather. Style and quality were excellent. Painstaking effort in reinforced footings were taken. Also had to level an older existing deck. I was more than satisfied with the work and professionalism of Mr. Casey Powell and his crew.

Casey was easy to work with and very professional. I'm very happy with the deck and it only took 2 days. Highly recommend.

Contractor was very responsive, reasonable in regards to pricing and dependable. Completed the job on budget and schedule and cleaned up every day when complete. Would definitely recommend!

Everything went as agreed and the workmanship was excellent. We are however, still following up fixing one issue with certain deck boards warping.

Casey came out within 2 days of contact. I got several bids from contractors. Casey was the mid range bidder. Work began on schedule. Rain way-laid the project for several days. Once able, the crew returned and completed the deck. The quality of the work is excellent. Casey bought quality lumber and my deck is extremely sturdy. I am sure the deck will be standing long after my house falls down. The attention to detail is evident in the tight corners on the rails and the routing done on the rail toppers. He did not cut corners on craftsmanship and I absolutely love my deck! The work area was completely cleaned up and no sign of mess was left for me to deal with. Upon initial meetings, Mr. Powell was full of energy and ideas. He convinced us to put a wall and french doors in our basement to make a 5th bedroom. It did turn out very nicely. Mr. Powell sent out his carpenter and basically was a no show most of the time. I watched Mr. Powell 'eyeball' putting a handle on $5,000 worth of new cabinets and it was crooked, his repair was to fill the holes and put the handle back on, not a new face for the cabinet.... He painted an interior door the wrong color and did not remove the new hardware, so paint is all over the hardware. I said nothing because at this point we just wanted them gone. His carpet people cut corners right and left. There are gaps they left and they took scraps of carpet and stuffed them in the holes. The master bedroom carpet had to be re-done as the Berber carpet was positioned with the pattern going the opposite way from the hall. His only phone calls were to ask for more money. His carpenter spent most of his time looking for extra, on the side, cash jobs that didn't involve Mr. Powell at our job site. His carpenter's work was either spot on or incredibly bad and spent his time telling us Mr. Powell did not know anything about what it took to build anything. I had to come every day and ask for something to be re-done. Mr. Powell told us the work could be done in two weeks, it took over a month. We had an old refrigerator at the house and Mr. Powell asked if his mother could have the fridge if she came and cleaned the house, "spick and span" for realty showings. They took the fridge and may have possibly swept, but the windows were still covered in sheetrock dust, no one had attempted to clean anything that we could see. Mr. Powell did remove $250 dollars from the final price due to the house not being cleaned by his mom. In fairness, we were desperate for help, and the price was too good to be true and we fell for it. I believe this company is suited to decks and such, not remodeling or renovations.
