Description of Work: They cleaned our sunroom windows inside and out and also cleaned the screens Our sunroom has glass on three sides as well as the top. They had the equipment and know-how to do a difficult job. The sunroom is one and a half stories up. They were very helpful and friendly. They did their job efficiently and cleanly. I would definitely use them again.

In the promo, it states up to 20 thermal windows. Upon arriving at this home, the windows where cut outs and storms. These windows cost more because they are a lot more work and take a lot more time. Her husband agreed to the additional cost and was told to call and reschedule due to the fact it was going to take double the time. Did not hear from the customer so I called to reschedule and talked to her husband. He was to call me back to let me know when a good time would be. Have not heard anything since. Now we have a bad review. Also, we always come fully equipped for any job. Time is the issue.
