C & C Window Cleaning

Within 1 1/2 hours, they were in and out & had cleaned all 40 windows, wiping down the frames & screens. The windows were nice & clean and they did a good job there. My only complaint is that they stood on one of our nice wood tables (with shoes on) to reach the top of an inside window. This table would have been easy to move. Luckily, I don't see any damage to the table. They did leave a pile of dead lady bugs from the bottom frame of a 10 foot high transom window, but I wouldn't expect them to clean those up. I think it was a good value and might hire them again but next time I will instruct them to NOT stand on the furniture.

They were on time, efficient, friendly, professional, very organized and reasonably priced. We have had several pressure washing and window cleaning companies in the past, and Charles and the other gentleman (sorry did not get his name) are by far the best around. Fabulous experience! I am truly a cleaning fanatic and these guys are fabulous. All screens were removed and hand washed. All window were clean inside and out...all one at a time with no power washing to mess up and streak the windows. They were truly professionals whom I will surely recommend to everyone I know. Very prompt. Did an excellent job. Very quick. We recommended them to several of our neighbors and they also used them!

First I contacted them through Angie's List but when he came out to give an estimate I couldn't use the deal she had because we had triple pane windows and they are considered storm windows. He gave me a price for the job and I said ok. They took out all of the screens and storm windows and laid them propped against the walls. They cleaned the storm windows and frames of the screen windows from inside the house and cleaned the outside glass from the outside. In almost all of the windows they DID NOT clean the base of the window seals at all and in several of the windows they did not completely remove the old dirt dobber nest. Where they sat the storm windows and screens the walls were scratched along with a big scratch on my kitchen mat. It took my husband longer to clean out the window frames and paint over the scratched walls that it did the two men to do their cleaning. I so wish I could have hired them through Angie's List so others would know what to expect.

I had a 10 am appointment, so I left work to meet them at my house. when I arrive they were there already and had gotten started. Super friendly men, I put my dog in the house and went back to work. They did a very nice job. I would use them again.

Great company to use. On time, did a great job, moved and replaced beds and heavy furniture if it was in front of a window. Got right to work and know what they're doing so they do it quickly and efficiently. Would use again.

After they were finished the windows looked much better. The first time they did a better job than the second time. And by that I mean they were more attentive to detail. They put the screens on the right way and the guy that was doing the work was more attentive to get the doggy smudges off the glass. It was worth $99 for sure. The first time they did it perfectly. The second time the guy just wasn't as careful. His helper wasn't as careful about putting stuff back in the right way.

It was okay- nothing special. They got here and decided that they were double windows and they could only do half of the many. I paid them more money and they did all the windows. They did a good job and came when they were supposed to.

After they left some places unwashed (though small areas) were found. Also we have Pella windows and asked that they do only the normal inside and outside and not between the panes. We were pleased. They called to make appt within day of ordering Angie's list service. They arrived 15 min before schedule. Definitely would use them again.

The owner/operator can with one helper. They were prompt, called when on the way, and very professional. I had purchased a special for 20 windows, of which I have 25. He quoted the per window cost over the special price and it was just another $6.00 per window. I have big from and rear windows and there was not additional charges for the size. They set upon the task after a quick survey and were finished within the hour, inside and out. They did a great job, even having to scrape a few of the front windows from built up residue (It is a 'new to me' house but it had been quite some time since a cleaning). I would certainly recommend them to anyone. They were great.

I purchased the service through Angie's List as a Big Deal. The cost was $99, but did have a stipulation that it included only 20 windows, and any extra windows would cost extra, so I knew that going into it. The company promptly contacted me after the purchase to schedule a time to do the cleaning. On the scheduled date of service, two men showed up promptly at the scheduled time and went to work. They had all of the windows cleaned very quickly and did a great job. They were very thorough, and even returned promptly when I notified them they had missed a few windows. The crew was very courteous and professional, and did what they said they were going to do which is all you can ask. The only reason I gave them a B for price was that that the extra $90.00 seemed a little steep for a few extra windows, but I honestly haven't priced window cleaning services so it may be the market rate. If there was a rating of A- that would probably be more appropriate as it was a minor thing. However, they did a great job and I am very pleased. I will definitely use them again when the time comes to have the windows cleaned.

Mr. Charles Swords and his crewmember, Jerry, arrived on time, and ready to work without any type of assistance or cleaning materials from me! They were very personable and friendly. They worked non-stop and were extremely careful with my home furnishings inside, and my flowerbeds outside. They made my windows sparkle! They were so efficient, they finished my downstairs windows in an hour and half! THAT has NEVER happened before! I have twenty-four 6ft by 4 ft. windows, nine French door entrances, and the three windows in the garage! C&C Windows is AWESOME! I will NEVER use any other window service but C&C Windows in the future! Thank you so much, Mr. Swords!

They arrived on time. Were very courteous and professional. My windows were thoroughly cleaned with no streaks, and they also cleaned my storm door. They cleaned 14 windows inside and out, the tracks, and the screens, and they were done in less than an hour. I will definitely use them again.

C & C did an excellent, thorough job, including wiping down window sills and screens. Two men arrived promptly and were very courteous. I will definitely contract their services again in the future as the need arises.
