The service person,Austin ,rang our doorbell to inform us what he planned to do today. He states due to the rain he would not be able to do their regular spraying but he would place granular pest control around the permitter of the house He would also dust the eves He would also spray all areas on the covered front porch and covered patio Customer service never calls me but I rated it a 5 if Austin is their customer service because I was happy he told me exactly what was going to happen. I am just surprised that they came on a raining day and stated the granular product does not last as long as the spray but would come again free of charge if we saw more pests For what we paid, I was surprised at the short period of time (10-20 minutes) that the company would come out to service our home. The service person just performed the service that he could on a rainy day. I will be reviewing the area in a couple of weeks and may call for service again.
