Great work and great service!

We recently had a tree that needed to be cut down in our backyard. My friend recommended Birchmann Tree Service and I’m glad she did. We’ve had a lot of poor interactions with companies in Tennessee and Birchmann Tree Service was a breath of fresh air. Danny arrived at our decided time and gave us a fair quote. He examined each tree in the backyard and gave us an assessment to their health and viability. We ended up having 6 trees removed from the property. Danny and his crew had the trees cut down, removed, and our backyard was clean of debris by the end of the week. He communicated well throughout the process. Whenever we have another tree that requires removal, there’s no question as to who we will call.

I contacted Danny about performing tree removal and trimming at my mother's house; Danny was one of the top rated pros who provides free estimates and that is why I called. He was punctual in arriving for the estimate. After talking about the services needed and evaluating his suggestions, we settled on the scope of work. Danny provided his estimate via email within the time frame stated. I selected Danny based on his reasonable price, knowledge and punctuality. After a date was set to perform the services, Danny and his crew arrived on time to perform the services and were finished in one day. The cleanup after the work (especially the yard) was excellent. If I need any tree service done in the future, I will definitely call Danny.

Danny showed up on time and completed the work quickly. He was able to climb a large tree and cut out dead limbs that I have been worrying about. Plus, he cut down a medium to small dead tree that had been ruining my backyard view for a year. The bottom 4 feet of the tree was blocked by a fence on one side and a massive holly bush on the other. My wife's new tomato plants were also in the vicinity. He was able to thread the tree between the holly/fence and avoid the tomato plants. He also cut an odd limb next to my house and avoided several decorative bushes (and my house) that were in the area. It dropped right where he said it would. This is the second time I have had Danny do tree work for me. I am already planning what i want him to do next year.

I received a prompt response to my inquiry. He communicated with me for two days, keeping me in the loop as to when he could come out to give me an estimate. He was not the first service I called. But he was the only one that responded. His communication and friendliness won today’s business and all future tree work I may need. Extremely fair price for the work he did. The tree was removed without any damage to my fence. Highly recommended!!

I posted a video and request for tree services on a Facebook group. Within 15 minutes, I had over 20 replies. Mr. Birchman was the only person who responded and actually answered my question with a 'ballpark" figure in the first message. After assessing the job in person, we agreed on a price that was more than fair. The job was fairly simple (if climbing a dead tree 8-10 stories, cutting limbs, dropping the trunk in sections between a creek on one side, fire pit on one side, and avoiding numerous fragile dogwood trees is "simple.") Mr. Birchman completed the removal by himself, cut the large sections to a size I can split, and finished in less than a couple hours. His communication, punctuality, professionalism, efficiency, and thoughtful organization far exceeded any prior service I've used. In fact, I recommended him to my brother, who will have two large trees removed form a rental property soon. As an Insurance Agent, I'm very particular when hiring service companies to work at my home. Mr. Birchman had the necessary coverage I required (yes, I called the agency.) He was friendly, knowledgeable, and my normally skittish Dachshund warmed to him immediately. If you can't trust a dog's opinion, who can you trust? I would wholeheartedly recommend Birchman Tree Service, and he'll be my first call for any of my clients that need his services.

Danny responded promptly to my voicemail and he came for the estimate at the agreed upon time. He quoted me what seemed to be a fair price, gave me the choice between having all wood hauled away or chipped up and left to be used as mulch, and said he would schedule to do the work within two weeks. I agreed to his terms and asked that he provide proof of insurance - he promptly emailed me his certificate of liability insurance. He called two days later and came out the next day. Danny and his helper Chris performed all of the work safely and to my satisfaction. Danny's tree service expertise was evident and I will gladly hire him again in the future.

Danny Birchman is an expert in trees (seems he was born to be in the tree business with his last name!) and does an excellent job of trimming or taking them out when needed. He does quality work at a fair price, and he is also one heck of a nice guy. You can't go wrong with Birchman Tree Services!

Danny did good work at a reasonable price. He came by to give me a quote the same day I contacted him, and then did the work 2 days after I accepted his quote - much more responsive service than any of the other businesses I contacted to get quotes from. I'll definitely be hiring Danny to trim back our trees again when needed!

Great. Danny showed up on time, performed the work efficiently and professionally with evident skill, and was pleasant to deal with at every stage. The tree was partially above a street and Danny was very careful to check for passing cars and pedestrians before starting his saw or dropping a branch. My kids really enjoyed watching the process.

Very pleased with Birchman Tree Service. Came right out and took down a large dead oak tree. And then cut the tree up into firewood. Quick service at a fair price. Very friendly and professional. Will use again when the need arises.

Danny and his team were fabulous! They were on time, professional, and did great quality work and clean up. This is the second time I've used Danny and he is truly an artist when it comes to climbing and cutting trees. He knows exactly how to cut them so they will fall straight down, without hitting any trees, bushes or structures we wanted to save, and with minimal effect on the ground. He and his team went above and beyond to clean up all the trunks, branches, and debris which was all removed from my yard on the same day. I've used another "cheap" tree removal service before for similar work and they destroyed my yard and other trees and left a mess everywhere. Not Danny! Very impressed with him on this job and highly recommend him!

I completely arranged the estimate over the phone (including texting). Danny came by to take a look and see what the work effort/cost would be. He promptly reached out to me once he know the team's scheduled and availability. The team showed up on time and had the tree cut down, wood stacked, and low hanging branch removed in short order. Easy and painless process. Service was professional and prompt.

Tree down, house untouched. Birchman Tree Svc did the work in a very professional manner, no cussing or smoking. They worked together as a well-oiled team with minimum talking. Moving about and working in a tree, especially with a chain saw, is dangerous at best but the job was done with sure footedness and skill. Danny Birchman came out and climbed some of our taller trees to open up our mountain view. I was thoroughly impressed at how quickly and comfortable he worked in the tree tops. Within a couple of hours the "easy" work was done. He was there to get the job done. There was no messing around. In my opinion he is a top notch tree man.
