Very professional service. Showed up promptly and the job was done in about 15 minutes.

We discovered water near our sewer pump and notices a smell. I immediately called Ben's Plumbing and Ben came right out. He to a good look and said, "seems like you've got quite a mess here'. And then proceeded to look for the reason for the failing pump. Once the got the pump running again, he unclogged it. It took a while but he got it done and we haven't had any problems with it since his help. He also gave me recommendations as to what NOT to put down the drain to insure that we didn't have this problem again. Thanks To Ben's Plumbing. Saved the Day for us.

We experienced the coldest weather our area had seen in several years. Many home owners were experiencing frozen or burst pipes. I called several plumbers from Angie's list but could not get a commitment to come out due to high workloads. We called Ben's Plumbing and they said they would come as soon as they finished the job they were on. They arrived at approximately 3 pm and worked until 7 pm. They were going to another job when they left my home. I thought that we would have to cut out the bathroom wall or remove the shower but Ben used a camera that I have to look behind the shower and discovered that he could access behind the shower from my attic. This saved me the expense of repairing drywall or the shower in the bathroom. I will definitely use their services when needed again and I highly recommend them.

We are so pleased that we have found Ben Harris! I had called him on a recommendation from a friend a few months ago to come finish out a job started by another person (see my other reviews to avoid that clown), and while he was here he told us he thought there might be additional problems with the plumbing in our bathroom left by the previous plumber - he showed us the site and told us what to look for. Sure enough, it failed and I had to call Ben when water started leaking into our finished basement. I was on the way out to work and Ben was on a job, but he patiently stayed on the phone with me while I found a ladder and he coached me through shutting off the water to our house so it would be safe until he could come over when I got off work. That problem was fixed that evening neatly and quickly. We recently hired him to rip out another bathroom, move the toilet plumbing, install a cast iron shower pan, and replumb the shower. His work is excellent, and he is so pleasant to have in your home. A total bathroom ripout is a nasty and noisy job, but out of four I have had done, this was the easiest. Ben and his helper quickly got the job done, and even went so far as the remove the large cast iron tub intact rather than sledgehammering it into pieces - much appreciated since I have pets and that noise can be upsetting to them. They then went in with brooms and a shop-vac and I was left with an empty, CLEAN room. That has never happened before. Ben has also been a great help in picking out our fixtures for this new bathroom. He's been patient through countless phone calls regarding the shower pan, etc, and given us good guidance as the what shower fixtures to purchase. While he was here doing the rough-in plumbing he came to check my order on my computer to make sure I was purchasing the correct valves for our shower head setup, and checked all my other orders to make sure everything was correct for when we have him back to install the fixtures in a few weeks. Basically, Ben has just made so much of this go smoothly and pleasantly. I would recommend him for any sort of plumbing issue, but most definitely if you are considering a bathroom remodel. Ben has saved us money, time and stress. I think that anyone will feel comfortable having him in their home, and be pleased with the job he does.
