Bellhop

Description of Work: Bellhops touts itself as a "labor only" moving company, meaning they do not have moving equipment - only the "muscle" needed to complete a move. I hired the company to load a hide-a-bed couch onto the moving truck. I was to be charged $40.00/man for a two man crew with a one (1) hour minimum. The crew was 34 minutes late and almost dropped my couch three times just trying to get it into the van. Team Captain, Diego, did not have a plan as to how to maneuver the couch onto the van. Finally, I (an older woman of a certain age) had to step in to help lift the couch onto the van because it looked like they were going to drop it for sure! I sent an e-mail about the entire experience to the head office directly after the move, but have not had a response back from the company. I will NOT use Bellhops, Inc. ever again, nor will I recommend them to friends or family.
