I called Baugh on a Monday and they said they could send someone out on Wednesday morning. He said they would call first before arriving. I rescheduled another appointment and waited all Monday morning but they never called or stopped by. I called them back early afternoon and he said that they were covered up and someone had called in sick. He told me to set a time good for me and he would come out. I appreciated his willingness to work with me on another appointment but decided to forgo using them altogether. I felt someone should have called and told me the circumstances.

When they removed my old dryer, I scooted the old washer over to clean underneath and found moisture from an obvious leak. After deciding to go on and purchase the companion washer to the new dryer, the Baugh guys removed the old washer, went back across town to get the new washer and returned an hour and a half later....at no extra delivery cost. My neighbors and I are appreciative not to have to look at all the laundry I had hanging from the trees in my back yard!

I know the price was very good because I shopped around. They were a very good company to work with, very friendly, efficient, and did what they said they would. They came out and installed it on time. I would highly recommend them.
