Aspire Computers

We have been using Aspire Computers over the last year to have our computer updated. It seems like I have more problems out of it than to have a resolution. So we have taken it to another repair center this morning and they told us that it appeared that Aspire Computers used all sub standard parts. The new repair place is fixing it for us now. The first thing he told my husband, when the computer was opened up was that he had used a lot of substandard parts. However, we don’t know what the outcome is as far as what is wrong with it now. We have had many issues with Aspire Computers. We have taken our computer back and forth to them many times over. Not everything was wrong with them but there have been a lot of things that were wrong. Their prices were reasonable but if they use sub standard parts, I can understand why. The parts obviously aren’t thinking up right with what my husband needs to do on his computer. Their responsiveness varies. The last time I called, a man down there told me that they were sorry that we had to call them but he never called us back. He always tells us that we will have the computer on a certain date but he doesn’t give it on that certain date. He doesn’t call us and tell us that he will not be able to make it that day. We always had to call them. They were personable. I would probably not use them in the future.
